Mina at Vera Events is phenomenal
We worked with Mina through Vera Events. Mina made our wedding day SO incredible! The wedding would not have come together as nicely as it did if it weren’t for Mina. She was our day of coordinator, but also provided us with several planning sessions ahead of time to make sure we were on track and to provide us with advice. The week of the wedding, Mina coordinated with our vendors so we could focus on last minute DIYs and spending time with family. The day of the wedding, she provided invaluable set up. There was a last minute rain plan switch-up and some other issues, but Mina made sure everything got done timely. She coordinated set up and decor beautifully. Mina and her assistant, Aubrey, arranged the Trader Joe’s flowers into bud vases for us and they were gorgeous. Lots of guests commented on them! Mina did everything. She ferried guests where they needed to be. She played the music during the ceremony and even stretched out my veil and dress for me. She also made sure that things went smoothly during the reception so that we could spend time together and with our guests. She kept track of vendor timing, when announcements needed to be made, and then tore down decor at the end of the night. After the wedding, we heard from many guests that Mina was bustling around and fixing things behind the scenes so we could enjoy the day. We are incredibly grateful for Mina and would hire her 1000 times over (though hopefully this will be our last wedding!) also a huge shout out to Mina’s assistant, Aubrey. Aubrey also helped with decor snd was amazing. Mina and Aubrey were the best money we spent on our wedding. Thank you both if you are reading this!!!

Mina was truly wonderful to work with. We booked her Ivy package and it provided us with the support we had been looking for in completing wedding planning and in coordinating our big day. From contacting and managing wedding vendors to setting up both our ceremony and reception, it allowed us to fully enjoy the day without missing important moments. One of my favorite suggestions Mina had was a moment alone for my husband and I after the ceremony, allowing us to take a minute to take it all in. She was so easy to work with and understood our vision for our wedding and it could not have turned out more beautiful!!

I worked alongside Mina as the DJ for a wedding at Oakwood Gardens, and she quickly became one of my favorite coordinators I've worked with. I told her that during the wedding, and I meant it. Having a coordinator you enjoy working with makes such a difference as a vendor, and I really appreciated having her there.
