I’ve been working in the wedding industry since before I had a driver’s license. My father is a SoCal based wedding videographer of twenty years. Starting when I was around 14 he would let me tag along to weddings as his assistant (a.k.a. equipment hauler), and eventually assisted in the actual videography and editing processes as well. Professionally, I have been working as a stage manager in events and entertainment for about nine years, mostly in the SLC, Utah area. I branched out into wedding coordination about three years ago and have been having so much fun with it!

I specialize in unique and non-traditional weddings of all shapes and sizes, including queer, micro, and destination weddings. I am passionate about finding details that highlight each individual, and bringing those elements together into a cohesive celebration that reflects the couple as a whole. I am eager to help you plan the day of your dreams, and to let you step back and truly enjoy the celebration that you’ve spent so long putting together.

My Final Flourish Package is perfect for couples who are ready to take a DIY approach but want expert guidance to finalize their plans, from 3 months to 30 days out. -90 minute initial meet & greet -One additional two hour meeting -Access to professional wedding planning software with wedding website building capabilities -Unlimited texting and emailing from booking to the big day -8 hours onsite day of, billed hourly thereafter

My Seamless Day Package is for couples who want to fully immerse themselves in their wedding day without worrying about the details. Services include venue check-in, guest direction, vendor management, and overseeing cleanup and check-out. -90 minute meet & greet planning session with the wedding coordinator, in person or via Zoom -Unlimited texts and emails from booking to the big day -Minimum of 8 hours onsite day-of, billed hourly thereafter

    Finn is such a thoughtful and reliable person. They made the months leading up to our wedding feel so much less hectic!     I honestly never thought I was going to get married and I definitely was not going to have a wedding of note. However, as my partner and I started talking more and more, we scoped out what it would take to have a smooth, aesthetically pleasing and gay as he** wedding in the PNW. We like supporting small businesses and folks just getting started, and we got recommended Finn by a mutual friend. We kept it small and had them coordinate our actual Big Day. As someone who has done a LOT of managing other people's problems, I mean events, having a competent lesbian around who had taken extensive notes on what we wanted and who to talk to and handled every single thing that came up from directing caterers to the too many people who really Just Want to Be Helpful was just fantastic. Finn was incredibly responsive, asked pointed questions that got at potential problems we had not considered, and was incredibly patient with us when we got a little all over the place. They also took the animal bones, cold outdoors, and eccentricities of our privacy preferences in great stride. and they're funny as all get out. 10/10.
