I’ve been working in the wedding industry since before I had a driver’s license. My father is a SoCal based wedding videographer of 20 years. Starting as a young teen, he would let me tag along to weddings to help haul equipment. I fell in love with the hustle and I ended up working 15+ weddings as his assistant videographer before I left for college. Professionally, I have been working as a stage manager in events and entertainment for 9 years, mostly in the SLC, Utah area. I always felt the wedding industry calling me back, so about 3 years ago I began applying my events management skills to wedding planning and never looked back.

My years spent attending weddings as a videographer along with my professional events management skills mean I know what works and what doesn't, and how to make it come off without a hitch. Specializing in unique and non-traditional weddings of all shapes and sizes, I am passionate about finding details that highlight each individual, and bringing those elements together into a cohesive celebration that reflects the couple as a whole. I am eager to help you plan the day of your dreams and to let you step back and truly enjoy the celebration that you’ve spent so long putting together.

    Highly Recommend

    Finn was a godsend to our wedding. In the middle of what sometimes felt like chaos, they made me and my now husband feel completely calm and grounded. They managed to bring clarity and direction to our day. They gathered information from both of us and communicated regularly. It was clear they truly understood our needs and wants for the day.     Incredible work on a SERIOUS deadline

    When I was a teenager, I spent hours talking about and planning my dream wedding. Unfortunately, I didn’t keep that energy rolling into my 20s. When my fiancé and I finally got engaged, I checked my old Pinterest board and found nothing but tacky, out of date, “a teenager definitely planned this in 2010” ideas. I realized I would have to plan an entire wedding from scratch in just 4 months, and panic set in. Finn got me back into Newly Engaged Bliss mode, where I belonged. I communicated a general vibe that my fiancé and I were looking for, and they helped us build that vibe into a vision and nail down specifics. They were also more than accommodating when I had to change the wedding venue not once, but TWICE. Finn managed all of the chaos while helping us design a ceremony that felt like us: warm, welcoming, and alive, with not a single mason jar centerpiece or strip of burlap in sight. We had a bespoke wedding as wonderful as our relationship. If you need a well-designed, well-organized, and well-implemented event, you need Finn.

I am the only wedding planner in Nottingham Events. Depending on the size and type of event, I have others that I work with and can hire for the day of. In the vast majority of cases it will just be myself you will be working with!
Yes! I offer planning services for all sorts of periphery events for an additional hourly rate of $85/hour.
Depending on the package you choose, my typical services range from 1-2 pre-wedding meetings in my base packages to unlimited weekly meetings in my full service planning. The real answer is, as much time as you need me for. My time is relatively flexible, and I'm here to help you feel prepared each step of the way.
Never. On your wedding weekend (or weekday), you and your day will be the only thing on my mind.
Absolutely! I offer brainstorming sessions at an hourly rate for any type of event, not limited to weddings. With the purchase of any a la carte services, you will get access to my full array of budget spreadsheets, event checklists, and other document templates that I use daily when planning events.
For pre-event meetings with the client, I will travel within a 40 mile radius of my home office in Eugene free of charge. A small mileage fee of 72¢ per mile will be added for client and vendor meetings beyond that range. For the actual wedding day my travel range increases to 120 miles. Beyond that range, the same mileage rate is in effect. If the event hours will require me to be driving before 6:30am or after 12:30am, I do require lodging arrangements or reimbursement. I am also willing to fly out of state for events! In these cases associated travel costs would be included in my fee.
