Beyond amazing
Rhiannon and her team are BEYOND amazing. At first I hired her because we needed a DJ and having a woman DJ sounded like she’d know exactly what I wanted to hear and how to feel out a room. But then, I needed a coordinator. I was already overwhelmed with a wedding when you have 2 sets of divorced parents and BOOM Rhiannon could do that! She was so consistent and made me think of things I honestly didn’t realize I should think of. Anytime I had a question or any anxiety she would take it away because she knew what she was going. Last minute our officiant couldn’t come to the wedding, and guess who was ALSO an officiant?! Honestly, I’m so grateful for her whole team. I wasn’t anxious on my wedding day, I showed up, married the man I love, and danced the night away. Dont second guess this team, you will not regret them!!

Wedding Coordinator Review
Rhiannon was truly a miracle worker!! We asked her to step in just over a month before the wedding after we fired our first wedding planner. She worked very closely with us to make sure everything was covered and perfect!! On the day of the wedding she was amazing!!! I didn't worry about a thing during the day because I knew she would take care of everything. The day was perfect and exactly the way I wanted it to be. I can't recommend Rhiannon as a wedding planner enough!!!

Heartbeat Events was wonderful!
When it came time to find a DJ for My daughter’s wedding, I assumed I could just hire anyone with a sound system to spin records for the reception. After some research, I realized that the wedding DJ is much more than a person supplying music for the reception. Rhiannon is an emcee. She coordinated and choreographed the entire reception: hosting the “newlywed game,” introducing the toasts, directing the guests from the dinner to the cutting of the cake to announcing the various dances. The service Heartbeat Events supplied was invaluable and made a very stressful time easy and enjoyable. Rhiannon met with us multiple times via zoom (my daughter lives in NC and we are in WA) and she was available for us continuously. There was no need to watch the clock as with many DJs- the price covers the entire event from setup to take down. I cannot express how thankful we are that we made the choice to choose Rhiannon for our wedding DJ/emcee!
