Full Service Planning is for anyone who is looking to have a professional handle every aspect of their wedding. We help you nail down a color scheme or theme and work with your budget to bring the details to life.

With partial planning, you get to be in charge of the design and styling of your event. We are there to work with you and for you to create a vendor team and timeline that will compliment the design and your budget.

You've done all of the hard work of planning and organizing. Your day of coordinator is here to execute your vision and allow you and your family to enjoy every magical, emotional, and special moment of the day. We will work with you from day one of booking to answer any planning questions you might have on your journey.

    Mixed Experience Overall

    We hired Amanda for day of coordination for our wedding in June 2026. Amanda was great to work with during the wedding planning process and we appreciated her responsiveness, vendor communication, rental logistics, and ceremony coordination. Unfortunately, the day-of execution didn't meet our expectations. Important details were missed despite providing detailed instructions, our pre-ceremony timeline fell significantly behind, and our family and bridal party ended up stepping in throughout the whole day to correct mistakes and keep parts of the day moving, despite hiring a coordinator so they could simply enjoy the wedding. After we shared our concerns, Amanda took the time to respond thoughtfully over multiple emails. We appreciated that she ultimately acknowledged many of the mistakes, accepted responsibility for key issues, apologized sincerely, and explained how she plans to improve her process moving forward.

    Fantastic!

    We had a very intricate wedding with a lot of moving parts, and Amanda rose to the occasion and made it possible for us to realize our vision and enjoy our day. Above and beyond doesn’t even begin to cover it!

    Flawless Wedding Coordination!

    Amanda from Infinity Northwest Event Planning coordinated our wedding in May 2025 and I could not have imagined the day without her! She was responsive, on top of things immediately, and from start to finish had everything under control. We even had guests come up to us after the wedding and say how great Amanda was.     Amazing day of coordinator!

    Infinity Northwest Event Planning was simply incredible to work with for our wedding. Our planner Amanda helped us with all the little details we had overlooked as the couple, and she stepped in right away to smoothly resolve any sticky situations that came up. Depending on which package you chose, we will have anyhwere from 3-8 meetings prior to your wedding date. These meetings typically last about 1 to 2 hours.
Yes, depending on the secondary location of the event, we may have more than one in a day or weekend. We have a team of coordinators ready to execute!
