Some people are planners. Some people are doers. And me? I’m both. So, it’s only natural that my love for both planning and doing, as well as infatuation with fostering and nurturing community, would eventually lead me to the event industry. I’ve been in the service industry for over 20 years. From office management to residential loan coordination to bartending, my love for connection inspired a professional transition to full-time event planning. Meeting with clients, discussing their visions, and witnessing their joy fuels and inspires me every day. My calm, organized approach ensures you have the best wedding day experience.
Over the past 10 years, I’ve planned over 500 events. With a calm approach and the gift of multitasking, I execute multiple projects at once while still giving each event the time and attention it deserves. Planning an event means meetings, communication, and conversation. I prioritize forming meaningful relationships that allow for open dialogue and creativity. Each project is approached with a clients vision in mind – I do my best to emulate those ideas and cater to their needs, wants, and process. After all, we’re a team. Recognized as a “Wedding Coordinator of the Year” for 7 years running.

Amazing wedding planner
Krystle is amazing at her job! We chose her partial planning package and it was perfect for our backyard wedding. She comes equipped with a large list of recommended vendors, advice on keeping the wedding cost effective, and a ton of experience which makes your wedding go as smoothly as possible. On the wedding day she did everything she could to ensure we were able to be in the moment and celebrate, and we could not be more thankful.

A fantastic partner and advocate
We were incredibly fortunate to have Krystle as our day-of wedding coordinator. She was organized, kept us on schedule, and went above and beyond to advocate for us and ensure the wedding was a success. Krystle’s support began many months before wedding. She met with us and was able to guide us through what we needed yo do to prepare. She also sent us a list of a ton of reccomended vendors. When we told her we wanted a dj who spins vinyl, she was able to help source some great options too. In fact, one of the things that stands out about Krystle is that she has really strong relationships with vendors. Because of that, she was able to work with them to navigate the trickier aspects of our wedding with ease. Krystle truly cared about our experience as a couple, and did a phenomenal job guiding us through the day in such a way that we were able to focus on ourselves and enjoy the wedding, while she ensured everything was running smoothly in the background. She’s a pro and clearly used to the cadence of a wedding. Krystle was a fantastic partner and someone we would 100% reccomend to another couple for their wedding day.
