I started Proof Mobile Mixology September 2024 when I got married and wanted to have an elevated version of a mobile bar at my own wedding, but everything on the market was too rustic for my taste. We have over a dozen flavors, all made with premium ingredients; real fruit, no high fructose corn syrup, only pure cane sugar, and many of our flavors are organic as well! From Piña Coladas and Margaritas to Frozen Lemon Drops and Whiskey Cokes, we have a slushy for everyone! The Penny Whip is a 1970s horse trailer turned mobile bar. It is equipped with everything needed for our bartenders to serve beer, wine and signature cocktails in style.
