Owner

A 1979 Navajo horse trailer turned mobile bar. We tailor our service to fit your desired experience for your special event whether it be a wedding, retirement, graduation, birthday, corporate event or just a fun photoshoot we are designed to bring your celebration to life!

We are a traveling bartending service intended for smaller, intimate events with 150 people or less. We understand that one size does not always fit all so we offer a wide range of packages! We can serve non alcoholic options such as beautiful mocktails, we can be a cocoa and cider bar at your Christmas party, we can serve popsicles or fancy beverages at your child's birthday and more! We want our hosts to feel special, we offer packages that highlight them too! Such as disco ball cups for the bridal party if desired!

    Nicole, the owner of Hot To Trot served our wedding this October and what a hit it was! Her drinks were awesome, she monitored everyone’s intake (which was a huge blessing because we come from a family of drinkers). Her cocktails were phenomenal tasting and garnished to perfection! Everyone loved her - we even invited her on the dance floor because she brought such a great energy to the crowd! Best of all was her flexibility and quick, on-her-toes thinking by having to switch the entire plan for serving from outdoors to indoors, thanks to the good ol’ PNW weather being unpredictable as usual. She re-worked the entire bar area without compromising what we had in mind and was calm and collected the entire time about it all. There is so much stress surrounding a wedding day but Nicole helped defuse a lot of it! She is fantastic and we can’t wait to hire her again!

    Nicole bartended our micro wedding/elopement in the early Spring. Her decor pieces and attention to detail is very tasteful. She curated the most perfect menu based on my husband and I’s interests and flavor preferences. She asked all the right questions and was patient with all of mine. She replicated my grandmothers special cocktail recipe with a house-made, scratch cocktail syrup and it was beyond my tastebuds expectations! Sure, there are bartenders out there and even other campers and horse trailers but you get the best of the best all around with Nicole. She is professional, organized, kind and fun - I felt by the end of it, we were fast friends! So grateful we found her to be part of our special day!
