Wafel & Cone began with a simple tradition: Taco Tuesday date nights with my partner long before we were married. Those evenings were about slowing down, sharing a meal, and making memories together. Inspired by that feeling, I created the ice cream taco—a playful dessert designed to bring people together. Today, every handcrafted ice cream taco is made with that same purpose: to create moments of joy, connection, and celebration, one dessert at a time.
