    I LOVE MOONLIGHT EVENTS

    Working with Moonlight Events was such a joy from start to finish. The team was responsive to every question we had and made us feel heard throughout the entire planning process. They created a clean, bright space that felt adorable and inclusive for all of our guests, and the venue itself is genuinely big enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. What really stood out was how flexible and kind they were whenever we needed to adjust details or had special requests. We felt taken care of on our wedding day, and honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. We'd recommend Moonlight Events to anyone looking for a venue that combines beautiful design with genuine warmth.

    Moonlight Events made my wedding in April 2025 truly unforgettable. The owner Kylan wea big part in deciding to go with this venue initially - super sweet, amazing energy and a ton of knowledge around weddings. She was incredibly responsive throughout the entire year-long planning process, consistently delivering on everything she promised. I appreciated the flexibility to bring in my own caterer and DJ, and Kylan ensured that all my outside vendors had their questions answered and everything they needed. There were no hidden or unexpected fees at the end, which I greatly appreciated. They created a stunning atmosphere that exceeded my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful venue and their fantastic team to anyone looking to bring their wedding vision to life!

    Moonlight Events has an excellent communication style with both vendors and wedding couples. This beautiful venue is perfect for up to 175 guests and offers great value with everything that is included. The team at Moonlight Events went above and beyond to help their couples throughout their wedding day, ensuring everything ran smoothly. It's amazing to see a venue that is so dedicated to supporting their couples and providing such a thoughtful and well-equipped event space. The owner has clearly put a lot of effort into anticipating every detail that a couple might need on their special day.

    Perfect all inclusive venue!

    Our wedding took place 11/20/2021. When we toured this venue in March of 2020 we immediately felt like this was the perfect place! If you’re on the fence about an all inclusive venue my suggestion is to say yes. It is sooooo worth your money to have someone else set up, clean up, serve, bartend, decorate, etc. The staff was working constantly throughout the evening and making sure people were taken care of. Kylan, the owner, deserves a special shout out because she really does make this day your dream come true. We have been in communication with her over the last year and a half. She gave me her personal number from the beginning and she was easy to get ahold of via text/phone call whenever we had questions come up. She loves her job and it shows. I came in the day of our wedding with some extra decorations and all our desserts and she immediately took over and I trusted that she would make everything perfect, which she did! (She even decorated our cake) Kylan was always making sure my husband and I were taken care of throughout the night and we couldn’t be more appreciative of her guidance, professionalism, and fun personality! If you’re lucky her and her friend will also jump on the dance floor ;) Overall, we had so many compliments on the food and the venue as a whole. Thank you Kylan and staff for everything. It was exactly what we envisioned!

we are an indoor venue so our peak season varies dramatically. Our busiest months currently are may, august, september, and october.
Our slowest months are January and december
We do not allow any outside alcohol for the protection and safety of our guests. We do have bar options including cash bar, prepaid bar, or a combination
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible.
Your reservation includes 10 hours from start to finish. We do most of the set up so you get the maximum amount of time to enjoy your day!

Even though it's an incredible menu, no couples are not required to use in house catering! As long as your caterer is licensed and insured, they are allowed to serve your guests!
No! We have only one wedding per day!
We are located in Vancouver WA! Portland International Airport is the closest airport! Take the 99th st exit off I5, turn right on to 6th st and then we are located on the right
In order to reserve your date, you will sit down with me to fill out your contract and pay $800.00 ($500.00 reservation fee and $300..00 cleaning fee). Your balance is then due 30 days prior to your event.
Yes, couples are required to have a Day of Coordinator! They will help ensure your day runs as smoothly as possible!
WE DO. We pick up your garbage, clean the dish-ware, and cleanup table settings!
