Here’s a little intro before diving into the details - I am a custom mixologist! I started Proof Mobile Mixology September 2024 when I got married and wanted to have an elevated version of a mobile bar at my own wedding, but everything on the market was too rustic for my taste. So I created it! Proof is not your normal bartending service. Proof is a classy, curated and elevated experience from the initial inquiry, through creating one-of-a-kind signature drinks to the event itself. If you are still interested and this matches your vibe, I'd absolutely LOVE to work with you! Like minded peeps are my jam!

This isn't your common horse trailer or camper. We are a custom build specifically for the sophisticated event. Proof is woman-owned and operated by Oregon natives. We are completely customizable and collaborate with all potential hosts to ensure their event is everything they imagined.

    Hire Proofmobile!

    We absolutely loved working with Allie and the team at Proof Mobile Mixology for our wedding! Allie's communication style was clear, kind, and warm throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail and flexibility in creating the perfect bar package for our event was truly impressive. Allie made sure there was enough alcohol for all our guests and provided service with a smile, even when dealing with more difficult guests. Her friendly and efficient approach put us at ease on our big day. We can't recommend Proof Mobile Mixology enough - they truly helped make our wedding celebration a huge success!

They took the time to get to know us as a couple and understand the vibe we were going for at our wedding.     Allie is the best!

    We originally got a quote from a different bartending service that was waaay out of budget so we were so happy when we found Allie! From the beginning, she made everything easy and took all our stress away. My brother is into mixology and had designed his and hers cocktails for us and she was happy to serve those, even making her own syrups. She helped us calculate how much alcohol to purchase - we did run out of gin pretty early on but I blame my husband for not buying the extra bottle I suggested since we were slightly under her recommendation. Even though she was working by herself she was fast and kept the lines short. I was late getting payment to her after the wedding since we were on our honeymoon and not checking emails and she was not upset by this at all! I highly highly recommend working with Allie, especially if you have a budget you need to stick to, since she will work within your budget!

    BEST BAR EXPERIENCE

    I couldn't recommend Allie enough! She was so sweet to work with from beginning to end. She made us custom cocktails for our wedding that guests couldn't stop talking about! So professional, so classy, I would absolutely recommend Allie and Proof for any event.

A birthday party is a bit different than - let’s say - a retirement party, so the pricing varies based on Proof needs. The primary factors in pricing are event length and attendees, but Proof is flexible to work with host’s budget to make your event memorable. The initial investment is dependent on length of event. There is a 2-hour minimum for Proof which includes: The Proof trailer OLCC licensed bartenders Fresh juices, homemade syrups, hand picked garnishes, and bitters Ice Disposable drinkware and napkins Event and liquor liability insurance coverage November - May $2,000 // June - October $3,000 Any additional hours are $500
Proof and host will collaborate on which package fits the event best. From there, Proof will provide a curated list of preferred alcohol and a menu of curated drink options. After the menu is decided, host will let me know how they prefer on-site service. Option 1: Host bar - servers keep track of drinks purchased. Amount will be given to host to pay at event conclusion. Option 2: No host bar - guests pay for their own drinks Option 3: Cash bar with Proof custom tokens. Host decides how many tokens per guest and guests pay individually after tokens are redeemed. Option 4: Hosted by time or by cost and guests pay for drinks after met.

Proof is has free transport within a 30 mile radius of 97007 zip code, but no distance is too far. After the 30 miles, there is a $2 per mile charge.
