I am Tori, an Oregon bartender with a passion for good vibes and mixing up drinks from gin and tonic's to margarita and mojitos I love crafting drinks that are as memorable as the moments they accompany. That's why I started Mix It Up!

What sets me apart from others is my ability to go with the flow. I act like a palm tree so no matter the storm I can always find a way to be positive and grow. I pay attention to detail and really care about what I put my name on!

    Tori from Mix it Up Mobile Bar made our wedding bar service seamless from start to finish! Her communication during planning was top-notch, and on the big day, the drinks were outstanding and the service was fast and full of energy. We cannot recommend Tori and Mix it Up Mobile Bar enough!

    Tori is the Best!

    Tori is my favorite bartender! She’s an excellent communicator and quick with response times. Professional while still keeping things lighthearted and fun. And she makes quality, beautiful and delicious drinks! I would highly recommend her (and already have been!)

Whether you choose Mix It Up Mobile Bar or another local option, mobile bar services offer your guests an open-bar experience at a fraction of what traditional venues or bars typically charge.
Oregon State laws prevent us from providing the alcohol. That means, you must supply the alcohol and we will take it from there. We are fully licensed and insured to serve it
Absolutely! I’m happy to serve mocktails instead of cocktails. We can also serve soda and lemonade.
We have no limits when it comes to the type of events you celebrate. Wedding, graduation party, birthday celebration, company appreciation parties, backyard bbq, baby showers, sobriety birthdays, celebration of life, divorce parties, ext.
