Elopement Photographer + Videographer + Dog Petters + Donut Eaters

We're Natasha and Brian! A husband and wife, PNW elopement photographer duo. When we're not getting slimed by our own slobbery dog Fern, or helping you plan your dream wedding day, you can probably find us alpine lake lounging, making a weird new kimchi flavor, or deep on the forestry roads in our (always dirty) Tacoma blasting some indie alt or rap (there's rarely an in between lol). We're your photographers, die-hard dog petters, and donut-eaters that are all about playful banter, real conversations, and no icky small talk.

We're all about encouraging organic moments and letting them unfold naturally. Instead of posing you, we know just how to make real moments happen by connecting and resonating with you two as individuals and as a collective...with none of the cheesy, stand-there-and-smile-at-the-camera bullshit. Our specialty lies in helping you be you and capturing you just as you are. We tell every part of your story as it is – from the blurry moments, to the messy moments, and everything in between. We'll be your guides the whole way through so you can spend more time focused on making memories, crying happy tears, and eating those post-ceremony snacks.

Short and sweet for the couple that's all about keeping it simple. We'll cover your I do's, go on a short hike or visit your favorite local spots, have a small picnic and take some damn sweet photos along the way. We handle planning your elopement from start to finish with custom location recommendations, full timeline and activity planning, custom vendor recommendations, and plenty of guides to help you along the way!

The sweet spot for all of the essentials. We'll cover your getting ready photos, head to your ceremony location, go for a hike, eat-drink-and-be-merry, visit the most beautiful locations for photos, have a romantic dinner with time for a cake cutting and sunset. This is great for couples who want to elope in the most beautiful places and include activities during their day like horseback riding, kayaking, hiking, etc. This packages also includes a premium handmade wedding album.

This package is perfect if you want sunrise and sunset coverage so you get the best of both worlds! Thinking of spending a day with your family and friends and then having a day of adventures for just you? This time can be split however you'd like throughout the day, so we don't miss a thing.

    Amazing!

    For me and my now-husband Ryan, the importance of finding an excellent wedding photographer was unparalleled. We discovered Natasha and immediately were drawn to the nostalgic, film quality to her work. We love the way she captures moments that feel both so real and so dreamy at the same time. It’s an art! Additionally, correspondence with Natasha was always a pleasure. She was speedy in her responses, always answered any questions, and just extremely down-to-earth and easy going. Our introduction to working with Natasha came from our winter engagement session. We chose to do the shoot at home and around our neighborhood in Seattle. Though we were still nervous in front of the camera, Natasha chatted with us and helped us open up. The photos from this December day were cozy, comfortable, and felt completely like us! And finally the Big Day arrived! Natasha and Brian photographed our July 2023 wedding and the results were just perfect - more lovely than we could have dreamed. On top of that, we loved getting to hang out with them! They made our wedding day feel calmer, more relaxed, and allowed us to just be us. We highly recommend Natasha and Brian for all your engagement and wedding photography needs. They’re the best!

We typically break payments into thirds. So your deposit will be due at contract signing, one payment midway between signing and your wedding, and the last pyament one month before your wedding date.
This can vary from couple to couple based on their specific ideas, traditions, and wedding day. Large families, big bridal parties, long ceremonies, any additional formalities all tack on more photos so this can vary greatly! I don't believe in cut-off numbers and culling down to fit a certain number. So as long as you're not blinking, sneezing, or coughing, you'll have all of your photos! A typical range for a standard 8 hour day is roughly 500-900 photos.
Full gallery deliver is within 90 days of your wedding.
No problemo! Wild weather makes for some dramatic and stunning photos. If you're down to tromp around in the rain and snow together we're totally there for it. If you feel like you don't want to brave the forces of nature we can reschedule your engagement/couple's session to a better day.
We're an open book for you! We've photographed 200+ weddings so even if it's not photography related, we're full of information about planning, logistics, design, you name it. Through out the wedding planning process we have plenty of questionnaires, blog posts, and guides we share as well. You'll never be left wondering what come next.
Unfortunately in the event that your date changes and you have already made a deposit, you'll need to make a new non-fundable deposit for your new date. We book weddings as early as two years in advance so when you change your date we've likely turned away couples that have already asked about yours.
We fully believe in self love and body positivity in all aspects of my life. Part of what makes magical photos is building a relationship of trust. Together we highlight parts of yourself that make you feel confident and comfortable in your own skin. Any retouching that we do removes only things that wouldn't ordinarily be there like blemishes, bruises, a stray hair or two.
We'll be there! In the event that there is a life altering event, we do our absolute best to find another excellent photographer to replace us, if not we refund all fees paid, including your deposit.
We cover all travel within the PNW (Washington, Oregon, + Northern California), but we're always happy to travel! Within the US we have a flat $1,000 travel fee, and for international weddings we do this custom based on your location.
