I started Proof Mobile Mixology September 2024 when I got married and wanted to have an elevated version of a mobile bar at my own wedding, but everything on the market was too rustic for my taste. So I created it! Proof is not your normal bartending service. Proof is a classy, curated and elevated experience from the initial inquiry, through creating one-of-a-kind signature drinks to the event itself. The Penny Whip is a 1970s horse trailer turned mobile bar. It is equipped with everything needed for our bartenders to serve beer, wine and signature cocktails in style.
