Pricing doesn't include any travel fees to venues outside of the Portland metro or a la carte services you choose. I'm a Portland, Oregon wedding & event planner with over 18 years of diverse event experience and over 9 years of wedding experience. In the planning process, I'm a team of one, but I do use lead coordinators and coordination assistants on event days. I offer discounts for LGBTQ weddings, Mon-Fri weddings, and weddings at Leach Botanical Garden.

| Description | I take care of almost everything, such as vendor research and communication, gathering quotes, setting up meetings, facilitating contracts, and managing every detail so that you are able to save time and energy and focus on making decisions. Also includes planning the rehearsal dinner, but not staffing the dinner. I help you manage your budget and consult on budget, but you are responsible for paying the venue and vendors. | If you're eloping or planning a micro wedding with 15 guests or less, contact me for a custom quote! I'll meet with you and then base my quote on how much labor it will take to execute your event. | I call this package Planning Coaching. This package was designed as a more budget-friendly planning option that guides you through the planning process, keeps you on track, and provides my expertise throughout. Also includes support in planning the rehearsal dinner, but not staffing the dinner. Includes unlimited meetings to consult and advise. The best wedding planner in the PNW
Andy! I just realized I never left my review for you!! Andy helped us plan our wedding for 2024 at Mt. Hood Skibowl. And holy cow, if you need a wedding planner PLEASE hire her. Our wedding was so smooth and she was so professional the whole process. If you are hesitant to get a planner, I could not recommend doing so and using her services enough. I genuinely do not think our wedding would have been as amazing as it was without her and her team. Her organization was top notch, she communicated with all of our vendors, and kept everyone in line throughout the day and months leading up to our wedding. My favorite thing she said leading up to our day was “my couples always eat and I make sure of that.” While that may seem silly to think of, reflecting back on it, that phrase demonstrates true care for her clients and passion for this industry. Weddings can feel commercialized and feel disingenuous at times. Andy ensured that wasn’t the case and we had the most amazing day to last for the rest of our lives. A huge thank you from the Marshes!!!

Andy is an absolute rockstar
Andy brings so much joy and energy to the planning process and she is incredibly organized. We had some pretty kooky DIY ideas for our wedding, and she was totally on board from day one! Instead of trying to steer us toward a cookie-cutter event, she gave us great advice on how to actually pull our ideas off logistically. On the day of, she and her team managed all those moving parts effortlessly. We couldn't have done it without Double A Weddings!

Andy is amazing!
Wedding magic, much like holiday magic, happens behind the scenes- it is all the emails, schedules and planning that most recipients of the magic don't see. Andy is that magic- she is prompt and thoughtful in all of her responses, supportive when you think you're going crazy, and most importantly, she is incredibly skilled at pulling off an amazing event. As a bonus, she has a WONDERFUL personality. When choosing your vendors, choose someone you enjoy, because you will spend a lot of time with them. Andy is not only a great human, but I didn't stress about a dang thing during my ceremony/reception. My guests even told me post-event that they've never been to a wedding with such great flow. Thank you, Andy! Because of you, we had the wedding day of our dreams
