We’re the proud owners of Rolling Cocktails and Rolling ’Cue, offering full-service catering, bartending, bar rentals, and photo booths — from classic booths to 360° experiences that capture every moment. Our menu features slow-smoked BBQ, taco bars, brunch spreads, and fully customizable catering menus built around your event. Originally Alaskans now rooted in Oregon, we’re passionate about mixing great drinks and smoking incredible meats. Rolling Cocktails & 'Cue made planning our wedding so easy. The owner stayed in touch throughout the whole process and asked smart questions we hadn't even thought about, then worked with us to make everything perfect. On the day of, they snuck in during our ceremony without disrupting anything, set up seamlessly, and cleaned up without a trace. The food was incredible—guests couldn't stop talking about the pasta and sauces, and the bartender they brought along really elevated the night. Every detail came together beautifully because of their hard work and attention to what mattered to us. We're so grateful for the care they put into making our day special.

All the food was excellent my favorite was the tri-tip and the yummy Mac and Cheese, also I had a small gathering for a football game and they did a authentic taco bar, let's just say there was no leftovers, the staff was accommodating and friendly, highly recommend .
