    So impressed!

    Seriously WOW. I cannot say enough good things about PNW Artisan Boards. This vendor completely came through for me for my daughter’s wedding and I’m so glad I found them. I was originally planning to DIY a charcuterie spread to save a bit of money, but about a few weeks before the wedding I realized I might be in over my head. I reached out to PNW Artisan Boards, and despite the short notice, they happily accommodated my order. What a relief! From the first email to the final setup, they were so easy to work with. And, the cost of hiring them was not much more than it would have cost me to DIY it. The whole thing was way more affordable than I would have imagined. The individual charcuterie cups were beyond adorable and so beautifully presented. There are a bunch of different charcuterie options to choose from on their website. I chose to go with the charcuterie cups - such a unique idea. They made the appetizer table look like a piece of art! It seriously added to the entire aesthetic of the venue. The ingredients were great quality and incredibly tasty - we had so many guests comment on how delicious they were! They exceeded my expectations by far. It was really nice that I was able to choose from a list of ingredients as to what went into the cups too. And honestly, for a cocktail hour or happy hour-type setup, individual charcuterie cups are genius! It’s “no fuss” and people could just grab a cup and go - no long buffet lines, no waiting, no awkward balancing of plates while trying to mingle. It made everything flow so smoothly. Setup and cleanup couldn’t have been easier (they set everything up and there was virtually no cleanup), and I didn’t have to spend time sourcing food, figuring out storage and transport, or scrambling with setup on the big wedding day. Total win-win-win all around. I was actually able to sit back, relax, and enjoy my daughter’s wedding. Without a doubt, I would use PNW Artisan Boards again in a heartbeat. What a great experience! I highly recommend!

    This is the One!

    These people put on the most beautiful catering experience that we have ever seen! The thoughtfulness of every part was outstanding! They treated my daughter like the most special lady for her wedding. They gave her gifts and they made her wedding a wonderful event. The food was superb, the set up was perfect, they incorporated her wedding colors into their tables. The fruit infused water was a hit. Every single thing that we ordered was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the Mac and Cheese. The price was so affordable and the service was beyond amazing. The personal touch and the communication was Brilliant!


Yes. Delivery fees are based on your event location and will be clearly outlined in your custom quote.
Yes. We’re happy to accommodate gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, vegetarian, and vegan preferences, as well as most allergy-related needs. Dietary requests are discussed during the quote process so we can thoughtfully plan menus and clearly label items when needed.
PNW Artisan Boards proudly serves the greater Portland area and surrounding suburbs, with service available within approximately 1–1.5 hours of Happy Valley, Oregon.
We recommend booking as soon as you know your event date to secure your spot. For events more than 30 days out, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days before the event. For events 30 days or less from your date, payment in full is required to confirm your reservation.
Yes! We offer tables and linens for your catering needs, though guest tables are not available. We also provide plateware, silverware, drinkware, and napkins—either as disposables or rentals for an additional fee. Rental fees also apply to serving ware, utensils, and decorative items such as risers or baskets. During the quote process, our team will review all available rental options with you to ensure your event is perfectly set.
As many times as you need! Our process is simple, collaborative, and stress-free. After connecting, you’ll complete a short catering survey to share key details, then we’ll schedule a call to review menu options, logistics, and your overall vision. When timing allows, we love meeting in person for coffee to dive deeper into design details. Beyond scheduled meetings, you’ll have unlimited access to us via call, text, or email throughout the planning process.
At this time, we do not offer tastings. However, our detailed quotes include photos, menu descriptions, and guidance to help you feel confident in your selections before booking.

We specialize in charcuterie, mobile snack and drink bar rentals, and dry-hire bartending services, serving both private and corporate events—from intimate gatherings to celebrations of up to 200 guests. Our offerings include a wide variety of options for Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch, Cocktail Hour, Dinner, and Dessert, all crafted to delight the palate and impress your guests.
We provide a full-service buffet or family style catering experiences, meaning our team handles setup, styling, ongoing replenishment, and cleanup so you can stay present and enjoy your day. While we do not offer plated, individually served meals, or passed around hors d'oeuvres, our service is designed to feel seamless, elevated, and intentionally managed from start to finish.
Dry-hire bartending means our team provides professional bartending services—including staff, setup, and service—but does not supply the alcohol. All of our bartenders are fully licensed and insured (OLCC permit), so you can enjoy your event safely and professionally. If you’d like bartending services, we’ll include all the details and options in your custom quote.

Yes. PNW Artisan Boards is fully licensed and insured. We carry general liability insurance through NEXT Insurance and hold a valid catering license with Multnomah County Health Department. All of our food is prepared in a licensed commercial kitchen in Portland, Oregon to ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance. And our Team Members have their OLCC Permit for Bartending Services.

Our 5' mini mobile cart is the perfect size to take anywhere—and it’s not just for charcuterie! From brunch to late-night snacks, we can bring a variety of options to fuel your celebration. We do not have a permanent storefront. However, during market season (May–October), you can find us at local farmers markets across Oregon, where we pop up with our Modern Bistro offering fresh, delicious brunch and lunch options. Be sure to check our Market page in April for the full list of markets we’ll be attending this summer.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing once payment has been processed. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event date are eligible for a 50% refund of all amounts paid, excluding the $100 non-refundable deposit, which is retained in full. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date are non-refundable and all payments are forfeited. The $100 deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances and secures the event date, covering administrative time, planning, and preliminary coordination. Date Changes: Detailed in our contract.
