Photography is an Oregon & Destination Editorial - Documentary Wedding & Elopement Photographer based in Southern Oregon & the Pacific Northwest - Blending documentary, true-to-color photography, with an editorial edge; She seeks the candid & iconic, the authentic & the aesthetic, as it unfolds. On your wedding day, you will experience raw human emotions—the kind you rarely see on an everyday basis. Our job is to capture the essence of it; from excitement and anticipation to tears and pure joy.

With observational nature, & ease to be around, it creates a sense of relief and trust so both, you and your guests, all get to just be yourselves without feeling like it's a show. Offering you imagery of editorial, true-to-color essence, I focus on using natural lighting and shadows to tell the story, but also curating in some funky flash for those iconic photos. Fully capturing the art and the drama in the scene, and creating stillness from your day. Honoring your beloved candids, and adding in a fashion flare of prompted scenes; all of this results in a full, timeless gallery, that you will relive each time you open it up..

Jesi B is truly a wizard behind the camera! I chose her to shoot my engagement because she is such an amazing human and truly is gifted at what she does. Jesi was an absolutely dream to work with! We are from TX and decided to get married on the Oregon Coast. Our wedding planner recommended her, and we couldn't have made a better choice! I'm based in Oregon but am always down to travel. I spend quite a bit of time on the Oregon coast or in the mountains of Southern Oregon every year and am always happy to capture couples anywhere. Mexico, Greece or Italy anyone?

In peak wedding season it is 10-12 weeks for weddings and a 4-6 weeks for an engagement session. I take my time on each photo and edit a little differently from other photographers, adding my special sauce to my photos. :)

Upon signing a contract with me, a non-refundable retainer of 50% is due with the remaining balance due a 1-4 weeks before the wedding date. I prefer to not take the remaining balance until then.

Aside from my normal edits, I do not do any commercial level retouching. I am a documentarian by nature and edit out slight blemishes or odd things out of the background of an image. If you prefer heavy editing that can be arranged for an additional fee.

I will add the fee into the total cost of my package and arrange for flights and booking myself. There are instances in which flights or hotels need to be changed and I don’t want my couples having to worry about doing that for me.

100% yes! I know what makes a good photograph and what kind of logistical and aesthetic issues might arise. I am here to help you execute your vision. Period. I collaborate with all of the vendors involved and believe we are working as a team to make sure you and your partner have the best day ever. I have seen so many weddings that I am happy to advise and give you all the help necessary. I am NOT a wedding planner by any means, I just help to facilitate, if you are wanting a more hands off approach to your day, I have wonderful planners I highly recommend!!

I’ve got you! I have an entire Pinterest board and color pallet recommendations depending if you want to go more glam or more casual. Typically neutral color palettes are best. Blues, beige, mauves, black and white are always going to look amazing. Avoid logos or distracting patterns.

That is okay! It happens! If you have to cancel your wedding completely, remember that the retainer is non-refundable but is transferable if you decide to book me at a later date. This is transferable only one time. If you have to reschedule, let me know in writing or via phone call at least a week ahead of time for couples sessions. For weddings, I need to know 6 months in advance.
