I have been planning events for the last 20 years, on the side. I have always loved hosting people, and I've done a few bridal and baby showers. At my previous job, I helped plan several employee luncheons and holiday parties, with about 100-150 employees attending. I even led the planning a few times. In the summers of 2021 and 2022, I became an on-site wedding coordinator for a local venue, with 5 weddings each summer. In 2023, I coordinated 11 weddings, and in 2024, I coordinated and planned 17 weddings. I'm halfway booked up for 2025!

I’ve been working in the wedding industry since before I had a driver’s license. My father is a SoCal based wedding videographer of 20 years. Starting as a young teen, he would let me tag along to weddings to help haul equipment. I fell in love with the hustle and I ended up working 15+ weddings as his assistant videographer before I left for college. Professionally, I have been working as a stage manager in events and entertainment for 9 years, mostly in the SLC, Utah area. I always felt the wedding industry calling me back, so about 3 years ago I began applying my events management skills to wedding planning and never looked back.

Hi! I’m Danielle, the originating event alchemist. I’ve been told I should be a planner since the first internet quizzes started hitting my mom’s aol inbox in the early 00’s. My super-power is finding patterns in any and everything, from nature, to art, to human behavior. I love to use these patterns to help organize and synthesize information.
