So nice to meet you! I’m Olivia, a wedding planner & event coordinator in beautiful Eugene, Oregon. My favorite place is “outside,” and I laugh easily - yep, even at the Dad jokes. You’ve heard that wedding planning is stressful and scary. I’m here to change that. Whether you need a coordinator to manage your carefully-made plans on the big day, or a planner to guide you and your partner through the entire planning process from proposal to post-wedding thank you notes… I’m here for that. I’m here for all of it. I'm here for YOU!

I love to craft authentic, deeply-curated events that truly celebrate you and your partner. That means I live for the funky details: swapping wild turkey feathers for your floral arrangements, asking the ring bearer to dress as a hobbit, ditching your heels for some comfy sneakers during the reception, getting hitched at midnight… whatever you can dream of! I like to say, "everyone's been to a wedding... but they haven't been to YOURS!"

Our team loves the details and can help craft a truly unforgettable experience for you and your guests. with minimal effort on your part. This package is best for folks in the very beginning of their wedding planning journey. *Package includes vendor search, referrals, and vendor contract review. Also includes one in-depth consultation with Olivia every month!

For folks who seek help planning a smaller, more intimate wedding with less than 50 attendees.

For couples who secretly love the wedding planning process but desire guidance, structure, innovation, and ease throughout their wedding planning adventure. *Package includes: 3 in-depth consultations with Olivia throughout your wedding planning process, plus 10 hours day-of wedding coordination (Olivia + an assistant). Also includes rehearsal facilitation, budget guidance, custom timeline and layout plans.

For couples who’ve put in the hard work of planning their own wedding, and would like to relax and enjoy their big day. I'm here to answer any remaining questions and pull all the pieces together so you can feel confident and relaxed in the weeks leading up to the event. Then, we’ll oversee your wedding day from start to finish! Your plans are in good hands. * rehearsal facilitation * 1 "final details" meeting * 8 hours day-of coordination

    Olivia is amazing!!! She made the whole wedding planning process so streamlined and easy. As a person with anxiety, I was STRESSING about getting everything ready for the wedding. Then along came Olivia and she made everything feel comfortable and taken care of. She ran our wedding rehearsal so well, totally felt like she had everything under control. Then the day of the wedding! She was so helpful and so kind, calm and collected while still being positive and upbeat. The day was perfect, and she kept checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and ensured we got everything we wanted out of our wedding. If you have the chance to work with Olivia to coordinate your event, you should 100% do it, you won’t regret it.

    Olivia was phenomenal and went above and beyond for my wedding well before the big day. We had almost weekly calls lasting an hour on average. She brought up things I never would have thought of and was very organized. She executed beautifully the day of and my now Husband agreed entirely even though he had very little idea how much work we both had put in. Highly recommend!!

    Olivia saved my mental health. Before I found her I was so overwhelmed with planning a wedding. She made the experience of planning a wedding so much more enjoyable.
