    La Traverna Event Venue

    We loved working with Jaz from Planning and All That Jaz for the Mehndi celebration at La Traverna. She was organized, collaborative, responsive, and a true partner throughout the planning process. Jaz brought all of the vendors together, kept the many details moving, and handled the event with professionalism and calm. The celebration was absolutely beautiful, and her coordination played a major role in bringing the client’s vision to life. We especially appreciated the close partnership she built with our venue team. Jaz was thoughtful about the space, flexible when decisions needed to be made, and focused on creating an exceptional experience for the clients and their guests. We would be delighted to work with her again and highly recommend her.

    Jaz is amazing!

    Jaz was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very beginning, their communication was clear, concise, and thoroughly addressed all of our questions and concerns. They took on many roles on the day of the wedding, helping everything to run smoothly and improvising when needed. The level of detail and dedication they put into their work truly went above and beyond our expectations. No. Since I'm still starting out I only book one wedding/event per week/weekend.
Full Planning = 40-60 hours | Partial Planning = 20-30 hours | Day-Of-Coordination = 10-15 hours | Elopements = 10-20 hours | Micro Weddings = 30-45 hours | Each package includes a general range of planning hours based on service level, but we always tailor the support to your event’s unique needs.
It's just me for now but if needed, I have friends and family that can assist as needed for setup/teardown/etc.

Absolutely! I’m happy to travel for weddings/events outside of my primary location. Travel fees may apply depending on the distance, but I’ll always discuss this with you upfront so there are no surprises.
