Kaelee was Personable, excited and caring, she made us feel comfortable and at ease from the start she asked every detail in detail and make sure she had contacts for DJ florist family best man made of honor, etc. before the day so she wouldn’t have to bother me. The day of she said clear expectations and asked our expectations to make sure that everything was my beautifully and clearly💖 The wedding day itself went so smooth and so easy she was there and helped us go through all of it even THE run through on the rehearsal day. She’ll allow us to practice for even a little bit longer than expected to help us try a few different styles and routine routines and everyone felt good and knew what they were doing! She managed everything from fruit food to music to people to timing to decor, making sure it was all perfect and as the bride, I didn’t have to worry about the thing the day of!

Working with KaeLee was a great experience. She was organized, professional, and communicated exceptionally well with me and the other vendors throughout the day. Her attention to detail and coordination helped everything run smoothly, allowing the bride and groom to simply enjoy their special day. I cannot begin to even express how amazing KaeLee is as a coordinator. She did an IMMACULATE job at my wedding rehearsal and day-of for my August 2026 wedding. She was so easy to get a hold of the month-of and always ready to jump in and assist where she could. This ranged from helping find last minute vendors, communicating with them if I didn’t have the time or patience, heck… even using a printer and canva superrrr last minute for some last-minute forgotten items. She seriously is like a built-in bestie. KaeLee has SUCH poise, it’s almost unreal 🤩 I received so many compliments from my bridal party and other vendors in regard to KaeLee and how she is one of the best coordinators they’ve worked with. I even had people pull me aside on my wedding day and my bridal party ranted and raved about how wonderful and great she is!! You would seriously be missing out if you didn’t have KaeLee as your coordinator/planner. If you’re looking for a sign to book her, THIS IS IT!!! 💞💞
