We are so thankful we had Kenya as our day-of coordinator! We planned a mostly DIY wedding at Yachats inn and about a month and a half before the wedding, we realized we really needed someone to help take over the logistics of the day. She reached out to me when I put my feelers out in a Facebook group, and we are so glad she did! She was very kind and communicative throughout the planning process and was always so helpful during our meetings. She was wonderful at our rehearsal and truly kept everything on track on the wedding day. We had to adapt some of our plans because of the weather and had a few last-minute changes, but she handled everything with such grace and stayed calm through it all. She kept the day moving and took stress off of us so we could enjoy our wedding. Thank goodness we had her! We would absolutely recommend Kenya to anyone planning a wedding

Kenya is absolutely amazing. I haven’t met someone that works as hard as she does to ensure your day goes as smoothly and perfectly as possible. We had a large wedding of 190 guests, and she coordinated meetings and checks ins with us prior to the wedding; and during the week of our wedding, she was extremely thorough and communicative. She walked through a minute by minute timeline, ensuring that she knew what she needed to do to achieve our wishes. She not only contacted vendors for me to set up arrival, she did all the day of decorating and set up so we could relax and enjoy the day. And throughout the day, she was at our side for every need we had. She is an exceptionally hard worker and I was extremely impressed by her organization, her love for her job, and her dedication to ensuring our wedding went exactly as we wanted it to. Kenya was amazing to work with! I cannot say enough good things about her. She helped us plan the most perfect wedding. Three days before our wedding (that we had been planning for over a year), we had to change venues because of a wildfire in the area. Kenya made the change in plans so seamless, contacting all the vendors and helping us plan a whole new wedding in three short days! Even with all of this, it was the most amazing day, and we could not have done it without Kenya's help. From the first moment working with Kenya to the last, she was kind, considerate, and so helpful. We got compliments about her from both sides of our family after the wedding. Throughout the wedding day, she helped set up decorations, kept everything on track, brought out the desserts and charcuterie boards for the guests, and made sure we had a special dinner alone before joining the rest of the guests. She even stayed past her contracted hours to help make sure the venue was cleaned up before she left! I highly recommend hiring Kenya!

We are so grateful for everything Kenya did to make our wedding day run so smoothly. From the very beginning, she was incredibly organized and communicative, always keeping us on track with everything we needed to do leading up to the wedding. Her guidance helped make the planning process feel much less overwhelming. On the wedding day, she truly went above and beyond. She kept the schedule running seamlessly, coordinated all the moving pieces, decorated and set everything up beautifully, made sure the food was laid out, and even stayed to help us clean up at the end of the night. Knowing she had everything under control allowed us to relax and fully enjoy our special day with our family and friends. She was an absolute delight to work with! She's kind, professional, and genuinely invested in making our wedding everything we hoped it would be. We couldn't have asked for a better coordinator and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who will go above and beyond to make their wedding day unforgettable!
