Lead Planner

As your Wedding Planner, I work with you directly as we conquer each step; giving you guidance when needed, vendor and venue recommendations, creating the timeline & layout, tracking your budget and payment progress, being your Point of Contact (or Planning Partner in Crime) through everything, and even attend meetings with you when you need a wingman! It’s my goal to make your event look and feel perfect, while giving you the freedom to enjoy your day without the stress of logistics.

Aside from everything?! Just kidding. I take a different approach to wedding planning. I enjoy breaking the planning down into phases, that way we work through those phases together, and avoid getting overwhelmed with the details that go into planning. It also helps to feel a sense of accomplishment when we tackle those phases like a rugby ball. I love to offer any knowledge I have, and always stay open-minded to this ever-growing industry! Sure keeps me on my toes ;)

The BluBook Events was an absolute dream to work with! Megan was so easy and quick to communicate with throughout the entire planning process. She is truly creative, fun, easygoing, and thoughtful. She brought my entire vision to life and we had the best day. She truly goes above and beyond, and every idea I had, she was able to envision it and make it happen. Megan was my wedding planner / coordinator in September of 2023 and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to have take on this role! She made wedding planning, which I hear can be stressful, so easy! She never made me feel bad for messaging her with what felt like silly questions, or if I just needed reassurance on things. I HIGHLY recommend her services. She is so easy to get along with, helped me find so many other amazing vendors and resources when I struggled and is just so much fun to work with!! Don’t pass up working with Megan, you’ll regret it!
