No short-cuts are taken here! Our custom wood-fire smoker plays an instrumental role in how we achieve some of the most authentic smoke flavor you’ve ever tasted. Knowing we’ve mastered the essence of BBQ, we are able to then direct our focus onto the meal itself by utilizing high quality meats and care in preparation, creating flavorful and tender meats that melt in your mouth. Although the primary focus is on the meats, the sides also play a very important role in the experience. Our fresh-made sides and crisp vegetables, with no artificial flavors or coloring, are made with the upmost care to help highlight your meal.

We use the freshest ingredients, locally and ethnically sourced Beef, Chicken, and pork. With the use of our Custom Barbecue trailer, We cook on site for you and your guest to enjoy all of the sights and smells of real wood-fire cooking!

Yes, all events need to be booked at least 14-days in advance in order to get everything processed as efficiently as possible. If you may be possible to serve your event with a shorter notice, but please contact us so we can try to help you out as much as we can.
Of course we can! That is what makes us unique compared to plenty of other caterers. There might be some restrictions depending on your venue and location due to the size of our smoker. We can help you figure out logistics regarding the needed space as well as any equipment that your venue may or may not have. Talk to us and we can arrange it accordingly.
Yes! we can arrange our menu in very different ways to fit a variety of budgets. We can serve your event for as low as $25 per person. Talk to us, let us know what your ideas are and we can figure out the best way to go about it. In the end you will know that you’re going to have a great meal, delicious food and all within your planned budget.
We recommend meeting 2 more times after your booking. One meeting will focus on finalizing menus and headcount. One to go over final venue and wedding logistics.
We do not offer rentals, but we can refer you to some vendors that do so. If you're interested in disposables we may be able to help. Let us know during our meeting session and we can go over those details with you.
For summer and fall weddings, we recommend at least 6 months in advance. Do note that date fill up quickly during these months. If we are available we can typically take on an event within 3 weeks notice.
Yes, our event minimum is 50 guests for all weddings. We may be able to accommodate a smaller event but typically this is the case.
Yes, we charge a standard fee for service fee within our service area. Additionally there are fees that may apply to on-site cooking services, supplies, and travel. All of these fees will be transparent during booking.
We serve all the Portland metro and surrounding areas.
For a small per person fee, we can cut and serve your wedding cake to your guests.
We can accommodate certain restrictions such as gluten-free, kosher, sugar-free and some vegetarian.
