The Cascade Package

Description

Say 'I do' to our Cascade Package, which includes all of the essentials for an unforgettable night. We offer this package in either all white or black (speakers and DJ Booth). The Cascade Package is designed for smaller gatherings of up to 50 people (depending on the room size), venues with sound restrictions (Up to 100 db), or venues that do not allow subwoofers. If you have a larger guest count, we recommend upgrading to our Level 2 or Level 3 Sound Systems.

Our Dream Wedding Package is our most popular package. This package includes our level 2 ceremony and reception sound systems, and level 2 lighting package. We offer this package in either all white or black (Speakers and DJ Booth). This package can cover weddings up to 135 people and push the db rating up to 128 db. We've thought of everything with this one!

    Five Stars – The Perfect Wedding DJ

    Our DJ exceeded every expectation. He was professional, organized, and communicated with us every step of the way, making the entire process simple and enjoyable. The playlist was fantastic, he read the crowd incredibly well, and the energy never dropped. Seeing so many of our guests dancing and having such a great time was exactly what we hoped for. We truly appreciate everything he did to help make our wedding such a fun and memorable day. We would absolutely hire him again and highly recommend him to others.

    Amazing, flexible, and communicative

    DJ Dom was amazing and very communicative! He called us multiple times before the wedding to make sure everything was how we liked it. There were some hiccups with our venue and timeline, but he helped redirect to allow us to have a perfect night. He even included extra lighting for free! He also referred us to a content creator, and she was great.

All of the DJ's who work for Cascade Dreams have a minimum of 12 years of professional DJing experience, with Dom having over 20 years of DJ Experience.
Yes. Cascade dreams is fully insured for all events, and we can provide your venue with a Certificate of Insurance upon request.
There are no hidden fees, charges or sales tax.
While there is no doubt you will be able to find another DJ that charges less, you will be hard pressed to find a better value. We use highly experience DJs and professional grade equipment. Many "cheap" DJ's cut corners on their equipment or have little expiernece behind the decks or both.
Your DJ plays a major role! Music selection, timeline management, crowd guidance, and all around entertainer!
Gratuity is not included in the price but is greately appreciated. Most clients who feels they got great service tip 15%-20%.
We refer to our clients as "creative partners" and our preference is to collaborate with you and curate your personalized soundtrack for your event. We can do it however you like though... you can give us just a few song ideas and let us take care of the rest or you can take total control of your music timeline. We are here to serve you.
Our DJs only take requests if you allow it on your wedding planning app. If allowed, our DJs will take requests as long as they are not on the "do not play" list or from a genre you don't want. Our app allows you to add guests to help with song selection and to vote for their favorites. If you anticipate there to be heavy requests that evening, we do use a DJ text request system where people can text their requests, and we will try our best to fit them in.
Yes. We use high quality music files for best sound quality, so we recommend making sure they are 320Kbps. We also request that you send the files well in advance of the event.
Yes, we only require $500 down to book your event. You can do as many payments as you like, but all remainder is due 7 days before your event.
Yes, we will play as long as you ask us, however, payment is due at the end of the event.
This is not required in our contract, but is greatly appreciated. Typically, the catering director will set aside a meal for the DJ if requested by the client.
Our performers are either dressed in attire to match your theme or formally dressed in black.
We arrive at least 90 minutes prior to the event start time.
When we are here the music never stops (unless you ask us to), however our DJ may ask their assistant to step in while they use the restroom or have a quick bite to eat.
No. We do not advertise ourselves at your event. We feel our performance should be enough advertisement. If a guest is pleased with our services they will ask for our information.
