As a wedding photographer, I can confidently say Maria is a total rockstar. She’s timely, incredibly organized, and always ten steps ahead — which means the entire day runs smoothly from start to finish. Beyond that, she’s caring, attentive, and truly invested in her couples. And let’s not forget… she’s FUN. Her energy is contagious, she keeps everyone on track, and she makes the whole experience better for both clients and vendors. Maria at Wolford Weddings and her assistant Brandy were simply the best! Maria was professional from the time she took us on to the very end. We had zoom calls, an in person meeting, and a dress rehearsal that took away all the stress of executing our wedding. If we had questions she had the answers or found them out! She was very knowledgeable! She was always on time and gave great advice/ suggestions on aspects of the wedding. She coordinated with all our vendors and the venue so we didn't need to. We were extremely happy with the wedding from beginning to end. We loved that Maria cared about the little details. If decor was lacking in a spot she she was prepared to make it aesthetically pleasing. Last minute the venue borrowed an arch and she made sure to get it set up and beautiful, she even found some fabric to drape over it! Made for a gorgeous backdrop for the ceremony and photos! She even had electrolyte mix for me when my legs cramped up on the dance floor! Also, my heart was so warmed when I seen her assistant Brandy helping my grandparents get their food. It's the little things like that kind act that makes for memorable/ touching moments. They truly went above and beyond what you would expect from a wedding coordinator!
