There isn’t anything that we won’t do to ensure that our weddings are one of the best days of each couple’s life. We make it a top priority to go above and beyond for our wedding couples by providing an excellent & fulfilling experience. Our goal is to make sure that every wedding couple feels loved, seen, heard, and supported. We love being able to come alongside wedding couples, grasp their vision & then make their dream wedding come to life.

We support our couples from the moment they book all the way through their wedding day. Wedding planning is no easy task but when you have the right team, by your side, this journey will be something you enjoy and love. We provide coordination or partial planning for destination weddings, depending on couple's choice. Services provided depends upon which package the couple chooses. Travel fees will apply

8-12 hours of coordination (addt'l services depending on package) In-person meetings, Zooms, unlimited phone & email, rehearsal coordination, set up of all decor for ceremony & reception, detailed wedding guide w/ timelines, vendor coordination prior to & day of, distribute bouquets & pin boutonnières, coordination of processional & recessional, execute seamless transitions, troubleshoot emergencies, assist guests, distribute vendor gratuities

We offer coordination or partial planning services for elopements or microweddings. The services provided will depend upon the couple's choice of package. Travel fees may apply depending on location

    As a wedding photographer, working alongside a coordinator can make or break a wedding day, and Maria is someone I genuinely enjoy and trust working with. Maria is organized, proactive, and calm under pressure, which immediately sets the tone for a smooth, well-run day. Timelines are clear, communication is solid, and vendors are treated with respect (which, frankly, not everyone gets right). Maria anticipates needs before they become problems and keep things moving without ever feeling rushed or chaotic. From a vendor perspective, it’s obvious Maria cares deeply about both her couples and the entire team bringing the day together. That kind of professionalism makes a real difference, not just behind the scenes, but in the final experience for the couple.     Hiring Maria was truly the best decision we made for our wedding.     Hiring Maria as our coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We had a venue coordinator and were trying to plan the wedding ourselves, but finally decided we needed a day of coordinator and are SO thankful we did. Maria made sure every last detail was perfect including rehearsal, decor, timeline, and the flow of the whole day. Our wedding party and family were also thankful we hired Maria, as they got to enjoy their days stress free. Our vendors also mentioned how great it was working with Maria. Her kind and calm personality along with her attention to detail makes her perfect for a wedding coordinator. Her assistant also did a great job. I highly recommend hiring Wolford Weddings!!
