    Encore events was our emotional support during the entire wedding planning process. They managed all of the details we didn’t even think of. They were thoughtful in all of our meetings to make sure that the event was everything we wanted it to be. As day of coordinators, they went above and beyond. They spent extra time teach everyone choreographed dances, and went and replaced the wine that had run out without us even noticing. They were wonderful people to work with, and I would recommend them for any event.

    Working with our Encore Events by MuNa was one of the best decisions we made throughout the entire wedding process. From the very beginning, they brought a calming, organized, and thoughtful presence that made planning a wedding in 5 months(!!) feel so much less overwhelming. They handled every detail with professionalism and care, kept us on track for our activities, and always made us feel supported and confident in our decisions. On the wedding day itself, everything flowed seamlessly behind the scenes, allowing us, our families, and our guests to truly enjoy the moment without stress - which was our #1 priority. What stood out most was their ability to balance organization with genuine kindness and excitement for our day. They went above and beyond to make sure every detail reflected us as a couple and ensured the entire experience felt special. One particular example of this was they created customized day of itineraries for our entire family, wedding party, and vendors. We are so grateful for all of their hard work and I can confidently say this wedding would not have been possible without them!     Best wedding coordinators ever

    Working with Encore Events by MuNa has been a game-changer for our wedding day. Their communication style is direct and efficient—they stay on top of every detail while double-checking nothing falls through the cracks. Muna and her team went above and beyond organizing vendors and even had backup solutions ready when rain threatened our outdoor setup. They're genuinely some of the most honest coordinators out there, and their work is truly excellent. If you have the chance to work with them, count yourself lucky because they'll absolutely go the extra mile for you.

    Fantastic Coordinator!!

    I used MuNa for my wedding day for the coordination and planning. They were so helpful on the day of and well before! They took the pressure off of me and made sure our day was all about us! I’d recommend them for any event I need in the future!! They are kind, caring, and LGBTQ friendly!
