Together we are Dellexo Artistry, southern gals with Texas charm and lots of ambition and courage to take on anything thrown our way. We’ve got a passion for beauty and absolutely love what we do, we’re blessed to be able to have this gift and utilize it together with a combined 50+ years of experience. We loved them!!
We had an awesome experience with these girls and my makeup looked amazing!! Would definitely book again for more events. Just a plus, they were so fun to talk to and be around as well :)
Bad Communication
I was disappointed with the service provided by Dellexo Artistry for my wedding day. Their communication was non-existent between the two artists, for example, a different artist did my trial than the owner who actually did my makeup on my big day. On the day of my trial, I relayed to the other artist that I had a tattoo that I wanted covered, she relayed it wasn’t a problem and they could do that. Once they finally showed up to the location the day of, late, I might add, I inquired about getting my tattoo covered up, neither the owner or the artist that did my trial one brought the appropriate makeup for a tattoo coverup, relaying that “they had just taken said makeup out of their kits because they never use it” and the trial artist acted like she had no idea that I said anything previously. While my makeup turned out well, I expected a higher quality of makeup to be used given the price we paid, not drugstore branded makeup. I had one bridesmaid who had acne prone skin from her younger days so she has some facial scarring; luminous foundation does not look great on that type of skin and you would think that an experienced makeup artist knows that, it brought attention to every imperfection on her face; she ended up washing it off and doing her own makeup. Overall, the Dellexo Artistry team did not live up to my expectations for such an important event.

We sincerely apologize for the breakdown in communication between artists, all information should have been clearly documented and communicated, and we take full responsibility for that oversight. Arriving tardy and being unprepared is not the standard we strive for, and we understand how disappointing that must have been. Regarding products used, we want to clarify that professional makeup artistry kits often include a mix of luxury, high-end and professional-grade products across various brands, chosen specifically for performance rather than label alone. That said, we understand your expectations given the investment and we're thrilled your makeup turned out excellent. We are especially sorry to hear about your bridesmaid’s experience. Makeup is always be customized to each individual client’s skin type and handled appropriately, we do not utilize luminous foundations as they aren't the best for longevity so we're unsure of the luminous result/finish that resulted in her discomfort on your wedding day. We appreciate your honest feedback, as it highlights areas where we need to improve—particularly notation. We truly wish you the very best and thank you again for bringing these concerns to our attention.She's the Best!
Dellexo Artistry was an absolute pleasure to work with for my wedding day beauty needs. From the moment I reached out, Danielle and her team were friendly, attentive, and easygoing - helping to put me at ease during what can be a stressful process. Their attention to detail and observant, meticulous approach resulted in a flawless look that exceeded my expectations. Even when we were running behind schedule, Danielle didn't get flustered and ensured everything was done to my liking. She even went above and beyond to clean up behind herself and some other areas of the house before locking up for us. Dellexo Artistry is an amazing team of artists and I would absolutely use them again.

Dellexo Artistry was a pleasure to work with for our wedding day. They were quick to respond to all of our questions and were very open in their communication, which put us at ease throughout the planning process. The quality of their work was excellent and well worth the value. The artists, Javon and Lilyana, were very personable and adaptable, even when we had to make some last-minute changes. They truly helped make our special day even more perfect. We highly recommend Dellexo Artistry to any couple looking for a talented and professional beauty team.
