Absolutely! We've prepared gluten-free pastries, tea sandwiches for folks with dairy and other allergies, etc. If you have any special dietary needs, just let us know! We've got you covered!

Yes, we charge a corkage fee of $10 per bottle for wine and liquor.

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. We required a 50% deposit at least 60 days in advance of your event. If you cancel your event within 30 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.

We are in downtown Seguin and there is usually plenty of on-street parking. There is a free parking garage two blocks away (West of us on Court St.). We do not have a dedicated parking lot of our own, unfortunately.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main entrance and trained staff.

While our venue is fully insured with a general liability policy, we recommend any of your vendors, caterer, etc. carry their own insurance policies. We cannot provide legal advice on the appropriate coverage for your event and guests as it will depend on your/their specific needs.

As we price our reservations by the hour, there is no default "included time" and we will work with you to allot the appropriate amount of time for your event, based on your needs. We are very flexible on your booking time/duration but a reasonable minimum is 4 hours (2-2.5 hours of actual event time and time on either side to set up and break down).
