We typically arrive 1.5 to 2 hours before the event to ensure a smooth setup and soundcheck. For larger venues or setups that include lighting and multiple systems, we may arrive earlier as needed.

For events within the San Antonio and surrounding area, travel is included. For weddings further out, we simply charge a small travel fee based on distance and any overnight accommodations if required.
