About this venue
Nestled in the trees of a 128-acre Hill Country ranch, you’ll find the ideal space for your dream wedding. You’ll fall in love with our stained-glass windows and sparkling chandeliers that hang in our temperature-controlled Barn. From the stamped concrete floor to the tin ceilings to the reclaimed wood doors, our carefully planned details set us apart from other venues. We have indoor and outdoor event space, bride and groom suites, silo bathrooms, a beautiful covered outdoor patio, ranch animals and more. Take a step back in time when you enter the Ranch House that has origins from the 1880’s. It is full of historical character, while also providing modern conveniences to make your stay as comfortable as possible. With space to sleep up to 27 people, the house also provides many spaces to entertain. Included with the house is a covered outdoor kitchen; pool with a swim-up bar, waterfall and hot tub; basketball and volleyball courts; and many other amenities for you to enjoy.

BEST Venue EVER!!!
You need to get married here! The best staff with amazing response time!
Beautiful venue and beautiful owners
From the minute we found Harper Hill - we knew this would be where we would get married. The biggest sell is that you have the option to stay on site after the wedding. This was an absolute must for us. The history behind the ranch/home, the stunning barn that is rustic but also modern, the cows and llamas, its all just the icing on the cake. The staff are some of the absolute BEST people you will meet. They went above and beyond for us not only on wedding day, but through the entire planning process. The owner, Steve, was our officiant and he was so funny and we got so many compliments on our ceremony. On our day, it was storming like crazy so we ended up having to have it all indoors. It ended up being more beautiful than I could have imagine! When I mean they will go a million miles for you; I truly mean it. After our photos in the field (remember it was storming) My shoes were caked in mud. Steve (the owner and our officiant) literally got on his hands and knees to scrub the mud from my shoes before my husband and I's first dance. Amy, his wife and also owner, answered any and all questions without hesitation no matter how many times we asked the same ones. I just can't speak highly enough of our experience here. Thank you Amy and Steve for all you did for us
Harper Hill Ranch
My husband and I got married on 4/6/24 at Harper Hill Ranch and we could not have imagined a more perfect wedding day, or celebratory weekend. Aside from its beauty, one of the biggest reasons we chose HHR was because we had the option to stay on the ranch all weekend long. This allowed for us to celebrate with our loved ones for more than just the wedding day. Another one of the biggest - and probably most important reasons we chose Harper Hill Ranch is because Steve, Amy, and the Harper Hill staff are hands down some of the most sincere people we have ever met. From our first meeting when we toured the venue, to our engagement shoot, to the numerous visits back to show our family, to our walk through, and finally - our wedding day…we were always welcomed with a smile, and put at ease knowing we made the right decision in choosing HHR for our day. You can without a doubt tell both Steve and Amy have put their hearts and souls into the ranch and hold themselves to such a high standard when it comes to ensuring the most perfect wedding day experience for each couple who gets married there. We are honored to be part of the Harper Hill family. We’d relive our wedding weekend and planning process over and over again and not change a thing! Steve - Thank you for always going above and beyond to make us Michiganders feel like true Texans and sharing your longhorn knowledge with us! Amy - Your dedication, compassion, and kindness is so admirable. Our whole wedding day wouldn’t have been what it was without your help! We appreciate you both so much and cannot thank you enough. Harper Hill Ranch is magical. The vibe, the people, the look…completely lovely. Amy, Marine, and Steven, are so kind and selfless. They’re so accommodating and made the process from touring to booking to rehearsal to the day of so seamless! As a bride, I didn’t feel like just another bride who’s getting married there, I felt seen, significant, and special. So to have such a beautiful venue kind, intentional owners/mgrs, meant everything! We had our ceremony at another location, and when we arrived to HHR for the reception, Amy, Steven, and Marine were there to greet us with the biggest smile! Steven was so kind to bring us drinks from our mocktail bar, and honestly if he didn’t do that, I’m not sure I would have had the chance to really enjoy our own drinks so early on. The selfless, intentional, little touches prior through the day of really made Harper Hill Ranch the best investment for our wedding. We couldn’t be more thankful for their kindness, care, and support. You’d be silly not to book them
