What's the difference between your collections, and how do I know which one is right for us?

The biggest difference between our collections is coverage hours and how much of your wedding weekend gets documented, ranging from 8 to 12 hours. The best way to figure out which fits is to schedule a free consultation call with us where we'll talk through your vision and priorities first to recommend the collection that actually fits your day.

Do you travel for weddings?

Yes. We're based in Austin, Texas and regularly photograph weddings outside of Texas, including in Virginia, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and beyond. Our travel collections include everything (flights, lodging, rental car, and in-between logistics) in one flat rate so there are no hidden fees or back-and-forth on logistics. When you reach out, just mention your venue or wedding location and we'll send over the right pricing guide for you.

How many pictures will we get and when?

Accepted Answer

You'll receive between 600 and 1,000+ fully edited high-resolution images depending on your collection and coverage hours. Every image is individually edited and retouched, and you'll have full personal printing rights so you can print, share, and display them however you'd like. We deliver 50 to 100 sneak peeks within 48 hours of your wedding day so you can relive it right away, and your full gallery arrives within 6 to 8 weeks through your own personal online gallery.

Do we get both of you at every wedding?

Yes, you always get both of us at every wedding. That's the heart of what makes our experience different. Adam brings calm, steady leadership and quietly handles the logistics behind the scenes. Courtney brings genuine energy and helps you feel at ease in front of the camera. Two photographers also means twice the angles and twice the moments captured, so you're not missing the groom's reaction during the ceremony while we're focused on you walking down the aisle.

What does the booking process look like?

It starts with a free consultation call where we get to know you, hear your vision, and recommend the collection that fits your day. From there, a signed contract and 50% retainer secures your date. We take on a limited number of weddings each year, so the earlier you reach out, the better.

Question 6

Do you offer payment plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We know wedding photography is a meaningful investment, so all of our collections are split into three payments. Your first payment is a 50% non-refundable retainer due when you sign the contract, which secures your date on our calendar. Your second payment (25% of the total) is due 3 months before your wedding, and your final payment (the remaining 25%) is due 2 weeks before. We're happy to walk through the payment schedule on our consultation call if you have any questions.

How far in advance should we book?

The earlier the better. We take on a limited number of weddings each year and our most popular dates (Saturdays in spring and fall) tend to book 9 to 12 months out. If your wedding is during peak season, we'd recommend reaching out as soon as you have your venue secured. That said, we always keep some flexibility for shorter timelines, so don't hesitate to inquire even if your wedding is a few months away.

What should we expect at the consultation call?

The call is about 30 minutes on Zoom and there's zero pressure to book. We'll ask about your wedding day, your vision, what's most important to you, and any concerns you have. We'll walk you through how we work, answer all of your questions, and recommend the collection that fits your day.
