    KALANI, WE MISS YOU!

    I seriously can’t recommend Kalani enough. From the start, she was super organized and on top of every detail, which made everything feel way less stressful. Her transparency paired with her ability to problem-solve was the perfect combo. Kalani was always clear and upfront, she quickly communicated any high-priority issues, questions or roadblocks in what we thought was the best way possible. It felt like if anything “small” or “stupid” came up, I didn’t even notice because she handled it. I actually got to enjoy my event instead of worrying. On the day of, everything flowed so smoothly. There was a point when our timeline started to run behind due to vendor issues and she adjusted things in real time and coordinated with vendors to get us back on track without it feeling rushed. She also handled a last-minute seating change for a few guests so seamlessly that no one even realized there had been an issue. We LOVVEEDDD her energy! She’s so lively and easy to connect with, and she didn’t just support me, she connected with my guests too. People were coming up to me talking about how great she was. She’s professional, reliable, and genuinely cares about what she does. You can tell she takes pride in her work. I’m so glad I booked her and would 100% recommend her.

    Stepped in last minute

    I was on a tight budget and couldn’t really afford the service. But she came and helped with my timeline got everybody together. My wedding was exactly as I planned . Worth it

Yes. While we love weddings, we also specialize in corporate events, birthday celebrations, book launches, brand activations, and social gatherings. If it’s an event, we can plan it.
Full-service planning means we guide you from start to finish—design, vendors, logistics, and execution. Day-of coordination is for clients who have planned their event but need a professional to manage the timeline, vendors, and overall flow on the event day.
For full-service planning, we recommend booking 6–12 months in advance. Day-of coordination can typically be booked 1–3 months prior, depending on availability. We do accept last-minute inquiries when possible.
