I am currently accepting bookings in the greater Sacramento and Central Valley areas for spring and summer weddings in 2026. If you are looking for support to ensure your wedding day runs smoothly and allows you to focus on having fun with your guests, I would love to discuss how I can assist you.

As an experienced coordinator, my goal is to manage the behind-the-scenes logistics and handle any "chaos" that arises so that you can remain fully present and enjoy every moment of your celebration. I also have decor rental inventory that I can bring with me, set up and take away that day to make your day even easier!

If you're looking for a wedding planner who is prompt, attentive and compassionate, look no further than Reena and Wild As Her Weddings. From the very beginning, Reena was on time with her communication and delivered everything we asked for on our big day. She listened closely to all our needs and made sure our wedding day was as stress-free as possible. Reena's attention to detail and care for our special day was evident in every aspect, from the decor to the timeline. We couldn't have asked for a better partner to bring our wedding vision to life. Hiring Reena was the best decision we made - she truly made our day unforgettable.

I do not.

I like to schedule at least an hour facetime call every week leading up to the wedding day. More can definitely be scheduled. As well as constant communication through texts, calls, emails and google doc comments. I am available for 10 hours on the wedding day and 5 hours on rehearsal night (a la carte option to add.) My start and end times are totally up to you!

Yes, if your venue is more than 60 miles outside of Sacramento, I require a $250 fee to cover gas and overnight lodging.

Yes! I'm happy to accept any payment in whatever amounts and whatever frequency is best for you leading up to the wedding day. I just ask for a $300 deposit to reserve your day and the balance to be paid in full by the wedding day. I accept cash, zelle, apple cash, paypal and cashapp and always send you a receipt after payment is received.

Yes, for myself and my assistant (if present.) We will schedule our meal to happen when you are eating so that you always have us when you need us!
