Gathered & Grounded is a space where I get to connect with couples of all kinds and help bring their unique celebrations to life. When planning your wedding, I’m here to guide you through the process with care, creativity, and intention. Let’s create something beautiful and grounded, together.
Over the past five years, I’ve had the joy of working alongside extraordinary wedding and event planners at Joyeux Events, Leigh & Co. Events, and The Marigold Company - doing everything from day-of coordination to managing all the behind-the-scenes details for full service clients. I'm thrilled to now be working with my own couples!

Package begins at 3 months out and includes 1 site visit at your venue, unlimited communication with vendors, weekly check ins, assistance with seating chart and layout, plus everything included in the month of coordination package. | Small Event Planning Perfect for micro weddings and elopements—this package is designed for those smaller gatherings that still deserve big attention to detail. It includes two planning meetings, venue search and vendor recommendations to help bring your vision to life with ease and intention. Includes Day of Coordination (support) as well, plus a rehearsal if desired. | MONTH OF COORDINATION For the couple who’s done the planning but wants to be fully present on the big day. This package includes timeline creation and vendor confirmations starting four weeks out, a 1 hour rehearsal, and up to 8 hours of on-site support during your event to make sure everything runs smoothly. | |
