Lindsay Pinto

Owner/Photographer

Firstly, I just want to say thank you for being here! It will be an absolute honor to capture your beautiful moments. I’m Lindsay, a lover of all things creative turned photographer that fell in love with photography about 9 years ago. I love to capture moments that tell the story of your special day with the ones you love, while having the best time capturing images that you can treasure forever. My goal is to create photographs that will preserve the story of your day and capture the magic of your moment completely authentically, so you can look back at your photos, and enjoy remembering not only how your day looked but also how it felt.

I like to start with the standard posed photos, to cover all the bases and then move on to the more candid, fun prompts to really catch the magic of the moments throughout your day! This way you have the best of both worlds, The photos ready to be framed as gifts, as well as those moments you can look back on and relive for years to come.

    Brides beware

My husband and I hired Lindsay in March 2025 to photograph our wedding in January 2026. She came highly recommended, and I immediately fell in love with her photography style. Throughout the planning process, Lindsay was responsive, professional, and wonderful to work with. She also did an excellent job on our wedding day. After the wedding, Lindsay told us our gallery would be delivered within approximately 10–12 weeks. I patiently waited and reached out at the 12-week mark for an update. She replied that she was about three-quarters finished editing our photos and expected to have the gallery posted later that week. Unfortunately, six more weeks passed without any communication or gallery delivery. I followed up again but received no response. After multiple unanswered text messages and voicemails, I became concerned and looked at her Google reviews, where I discovered that several other couples had described experiencing the same issue. Because I was left with no communication and no clear timeline, I hired an attorney to send a demand letter. Shortly after receiving the letter, Lindsay uploaded our wedding gallery to her public website. However, she never responded to any of my calls or messages, never offered an explanation for the delay, and never delivered our gallery directly to us as outlined in our contract. Additionally, we paid extra for film photographs, but those images were never included in the gallery. My husband and I also feel that many meaningful moments from our wedding day are missing from the final collection. This experience caused my family and I significant emotional distress. Your wedding day is a once-in-a-lifetime event that cannot be recreated, and the memories captured that day are incredibly important. We understand that unexpected delays can happen, but we believe we deserved honest communication, an explanation for what occurred, and for our wedding photos to be delivered directly to us in accordance with our agreement.

    Do not use Lindsay!!

We hired Lindsay Pinto as our wedding photographer, and while she seemed great on the day of the wedding, our experience afterward has been extremely disappointing. Since the wedding (June 2025), she has not responded to our texts, emails, or social media messages. Our album was delivered weeks late, and when we finally received it, all of the photos were completely unedited. I’ve tried to reach of to get resolution for this and nothing. Your wedding photos are one of the most important keepsakes from the day, and unfortunately this has been our biggest regret from our wedding. Based on our experience, Lindsay did not fulfill her end of the contract and completely stopped communicating after the event. We would strongly caution others - Do not use Lindsay! Our experience has left us very disappointed.

8 Month Later, No communication no photos.

8 Months, no communication and no wedding photos. We were married 4/5, and paid for the highest tier package. Our contract states 8-12 weeks for photos, and sadly it’s been 8 months and we have received nothing but ‘ sneak peaks’. I fell in love with the style of Lindsays photos and at the time she had great reviews. Sadly, im seeing more than 20 brides in the same situation i am now in These are moments i will never get back. Im heartbroken and so disappointed. Lindsay was great and professional in the beginning and i genuinely wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt…until i saw the amount of brides in my shoes. We will be filing in small claims court.

    Disappointed

I should have made a review a long time ago, & I am devastated I have to a review like this for Lindsay, this is not what I wanted. Let me start by saying Lindsay was AMAZING the day of our wedding. I chose Lindsay over other photographers because she was personable, easy to work with, & I liked her style. I have even recommended her on some platforms. This review does not reflect the talent and amazing work Lindsay does. We got married in February in Key West. We received our sneak peaks in 48 hours which was timely per our contract. Our contract stated we would have our full gallery in 8 weeks, which would have been 4/7, which we did not receive. There was no communication from Lindsay regarding our gallery being late. My husband saw on Instagram she posted a story regarding her drives crashing & she was behind. No communication to us individually as customers. We were patient— & waited May to reach out via email & she responded timely letting us know she had to start the editing process over & she appreciated our patience. We had to reach out for another update in June. We emailed & texted her for 2 weeks before she got back to us. It took me questioning our photos being lost for her to respond to my text messages. She told me she was out of the country for a wedding— fine. She told me nothing was lost & our gallery would be out that week. I was patient & told her to take her time. Our gallery was not posted. A week turned to a month with no response and no gallery. We reached out multiple times by text message, email, & phone calls; no response. Our wedding coordinator attempted contact unsuccessfully & we even tried engaging with her Instagram to get a response, nothing. I posted on Key West Weddings & my husband even decided to find her husband’s number & reach out to him to make sure she was alive. We were truly worried. We never got a response from her. We continued to reach out every week, sometimes multiple times a week throughout June & July. Our final notice was sent on 7/30 giving her a deadline of 8/4 to deliver our gallery before we contacted a lawyer. At this point, our patience & understanding was being taken advantage of. Our gallery was delivered on the day of her deadline— not a day sooner. We never received a message expressing apologies, no phone call or text message in response to the multiple we sent. We only received a generic long slew of excuses she sent to every other bride with our gallery link. Unfortunately, our gallery was delivered unfinished. We have family photos that are unusable & not edited. We also had someone else's engagement photos mixed in. It was like our gallery was thrown together last minute because we threatened a lawsuit. I have continued to reach out to Lindsay since 8/4, hoping she can find the time to rectify the photos that I paid for that are unusable and unsatisfactory with no response from her. Over 20 brides have continued to reach out to me over the last couple months. Some of these brides have already gotten married & are waiting for their galleries still like I was, & some who hired her & cannot get a response. I think I speak for all of us when I say Lindsay has wrecked her own reputation & her business by being unresponsive & avoiding her customers who have spent thousands of dollars on photography for her not deliver as promised. I am hoping this review will prompt some change in business practices. I would not recommend Lindsay currently.

No Comms or Delivery of Photos After Wedding :(

I am heartbroken to be writing this, because Lindsay was wonderful on our actual wedding day and I love her style. However, our contract stated that our full wedding gallery would be delivered within 14 weeks of our March 21, 2025 wedding. It is now more than six months (28 weeks) later and we still have not received the photos or any updates to ETA. Despite our various follow-ups by email, text, phone, and Instagram, Lindsay has not responded. We paid in full and were promised professional delivery of our photos. This lack of communication and failure to deliver is extremely disappointing, especially for something as meaningful as wedding memories, let alone the financial investment. I was disheartened, though selfishly relieved, to discover that we are not alone in this. Several other couples have reached out to me privately to share their own experiences, and many have expressed their frustrations publicly on Lindsay’s Instagram and Facebook posts. I hope Lindsay chooses to resolve this for us, but until then I cannot recommend her services to others.

Typically, couples book me about 6-12 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
Definitely! Minus the bloopers. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I promise an average of 30-40 images per hour of coverage. I also offer retouching services like blemish removal and teeth whitening for an additional charge.
I do not offer videography, but would be more than happy to recommend local videographers who do amazing work!
My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 4-6 weeks after your wedding. I do share sneak peeks a day or two after the wedding, because let's get real... we're all excited here! 🥰
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll happily send that over to them.
In my years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by another photographer equally as skilled as myself! I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.
Sometimes, I’ll bring one or more assistant photographers depending on the size of your wedding. Worried about coverage from all angles at every moment? We can always chat about adding on one of my second photographers to your services!
I'd love to travel with you, wherever your destination may be! Let me know your vision, and I'd be more than happy to discuss destinations + pricing!
