Hello nearlyweds! I'm Margarita, yes just like the tasty tropical drink. :) I love weddings and I always have. I have cried at all the ones I have attended, and my friends tease me because I will ask anyone who has me over to show me their wedding album! I have spent the past few years working for Wedgewood Weddings and learning everything there is to know about weddings and events. I have helped plan over 200 weddings and personally coordinated more than 120 weddings with guest counts ranging from 20-250+. Prior to that I worked in tech account management, which gave me the experience to provide you with top tier customer service.
I excel in written and verbal communication, and I'm always on top of the details. When I say I will get you something, you can be certain there will be follow through. My pro wedding tip is to have an activity for your guests instead of spending money on favors that get left behind (unless they're edible!). Recent favorite activities have been hiring an artist to do watercolor portraits of guests, a fortune teller that read palms, and a cigar rolling station! I would love to work with you to bring your wedding vision to life and take care of all the details for you, so you can feel like a guest at your own wedding. Let's get started!

Description | Package includes everything in the Day-of coordination package plus vendor communication in the months leading up to the event and creation of a custom floor plan. Service starts 60 days out. 90 day package also available starting at $3,000. | We start with an in-depth call to discuss the details of your wedding. Then I will review all of your vendor contracts and create a custom Wedding Day Timeline that serves as the playbook for your event. I share it with your vendors before the wedding and manage them day-of. Package also includes virtual weekly check-ins, a venue walkthrough, rehearsal management, and up to 10 hours of in-person support day-of. Service starts 21 days out. | |

Lovely coordinator -- made our day so special
We enjoyed working with Margarita a lot. She was our month of/day of coordinator and we started chatted weekly almost 2 months before the wedding. She was very organized and very helpful with questions and brought up details we hadn't thought about. Margarita is very easy going and calm which made such a difference on our wedding day. Some things went a bit out of order but she was able to get things right on course (cocktail hour was saved haha). She is very professional and overall, made us feel so happy and content on our wedding day. Her passion and attention to detail really shine and it shows because of how well executed our event was. She was the best wedding coordinator! We were overwhelmed at the beginning with the wedding process and are so glad we booked with Margarita. She helped make the process very easy! We highly recommend Margarita for any of your event planning needs.
Margarita is the best
Margarita was our month of/day of coordinator and she was AWESOME. I was cracking under the wedding planning pressure and margarita came in and saved the day. She's a super hero! She is calm, collected, and on top of everything. When she helped us create our timeline, she was thorough and thought of stuff we hadn't even considered. And during the wedding, she made everything go so smoothly!! There were a couple hiccups during the wedding (things that were outside our control) and margarita handled it perfectly so my husband and I didn't have to worry at all! Also, if you're kinda shy like me don't stress because margarita is super easy to talk with because she is a sweet, kind person. Hire her and you will not be disappointed :)

Margarita has an on-point and super detailed communication style that makes working with her so easy to work with! Her work- ethic is meticulous, caring, and hard-working. Margarita is always careful to ensure that even the smallest details are done perfectly, as she is clearly passionate about her work. She will make sure the flow of your event is as smooth as can be, with an almost OCD dedication to every aspect of your vision. I have worked with Margarita for years, and every time I find out she my coordinator/planner for the day, I automatically know that my day just got that much easier because she is always on her game! She is absolutely amazing to work with! I loved all my times working by her side making magic happen together and I am certain that you will feel the same way too! Aside from her work ethic, she is also a beautiful human being. She is kind, approachable and generous. She is always willing to help you in any way she can.
