You've spent months planning your wedding. My job is to help you hand it off with confidence. I'm Gia, a San Francisco–based Wedding Day Manager and event producer with more than a decade of experience managing events throughout the Bay Area. I specialize in working with couples who've planned their wedding themselves and are looking for an experienced professional to lead the final months with calm, organization, and clear direction. Beginning 90 days before your wedding, I step in behind the scenes to bring every moving piece together so you can be fully present on your wedding day.

My approach is rooted in preparation. Before a wedding day can run smoothly, every vendor, timeline, and logistical detail needs to work from one shared plan. I spend the final months anticipating challenges, coordinating directly with your vendor team, and building a custom run of show so everyone knows exactly where to be and when. I intentionally take on a limited number of weddings each season so every couple receives thoughtful preparation and focused support.

    Wedding Planning

Yes. In addition to Wedding Day Management, I also coordinate rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, farewell brunches, and private celebrations. Whether it's a single event or a full wedding weekend, I bring the same thoughtful preparation and calm execution to every celebration.
Wedding Day Management officially begins 90 days before your wedding, but I begin preparing much earlier. As you continue planning, you'll share contracts, vendor information, and logistics with me so I can become familiar with your celebration before our kickoff meeting. By the time we officially begin management, we're refining details—not starting from scratch.
No. I only manage one wedding per day and intentionally limit the number of weddings I accept each season. That allows me to provide responsive communication, thorough preparation, and the level of attention every celebration deserves.
Wedding Day Management officially begins 90 days before your wedding, but we begin working together as soon as you book. You'll receive a welcome packet and shared workspace where you can upload contracts, floor plans, and vendor information as your plans come together. This gives me time to learn your wedding well before our kickoff meeting.
Wedding Day Management includes timeline creation, vendor coordination, venue walkthrough, ceremony rehearsal direction, wedding day management, and up to 10 hours of on-site coverage. My role is to organize the logistics, align your vendor team, and oversee every moving piece so you can enjoy your celebration knowing everything is running according to plan.
