Couldn’t Have Done It Without Her!
Isa was absolutely amazing as our wedding day coordinator! She was incredibly helpful, knew exactly what needed to be done, and got right to work. She kept everything running smoothly, even when we were behind schedule and things weren’t going according to plan. She truly helped make our day less stressful, and I would highly recommend her!

Amazing wedding coordinator
We cannot say enough wonderful things about Isadora! From start to finish, she was absolutely amazing. Her communication was excellent, she paid attention to every little detail, and she made us feel confident that everything was in good hands. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout the entire process. When the wind decided not to cooperate with our flowers on the wedding day, she was quick to improvise and find solutions without missing a beat. That ability to think on her feet and adapt to unexpected challenges made such a difference! Our wedding weekend was everything we could have hoped for, and having someone so organized, attentive, and genuinely wonderful helping bring it all together was invaluable. We are so grateful for everything Isadora did to help make our day so special. The best!
Isadora was an amazing planner/coordinator. I was lucky to find her on Facebook and from the moment we first talked over the phone she reassured me that she had it handled. Prior to the event, she was consistent and clear with communicating our needs to our venue, introducing herself to our vendors and sharing timeline. She was responsive via email/text and made my life so much easier. On the day of, our wedding was so windy and Isa was down at the ceremony site securing the florals with zip-ties. She set up the tables perfectly and honestly we couldn’t have asked for a better person for our wedding. If you are thinking of booking Isa, just do it, you’ll be so happy you did and she will have your back the whole way.

Above and beyond our expectation
Choosing her was hands down the BEST decision we made for our big day. From our very first chat, we just knew she got us. She took all our crazy ideas and turned them into something even more magical than we could have ever dreamed! She has this incredible way of understanding exactly what you want, even when you're not quite sure how to say it. She guided us through everything with such a calm, happy vibe, and honestly, her organization skills are out of this world. Every single vendor, every little detail, every moment of the day it was all perfectly handled. We didn't have to worry about a thing, which meant we could actually enjoy being engaged and, most importantly, enjoy our wedding day without any stress! You can tell she absolutely loves what she does, and it shines through in everything. She thought of things we never would have, adding these sweet, personal touches that made our wedding feel so uniquely us. Our guests were just raving about how smoothly and beautifully everything flowed. It was pure joy from start to finish! Stress-free and so personal
Isadora is amazing! She didn't just plan our wedding, she felt like a friend the whole way through. Always quick to respond, super patient with all our questions, and made the whole process feel way less stressful than we expected. Day-of, everything just flowed, we got to actually enjoy our wedding instead of stressing over details.
