Being Brazilian, I naturally embrace different cultures, traditions and styles - Making every event I plan feel unique, personal and true to each client. Above and beyond our expectation
Choosing her was hands down the BEST decision we made for our big day. From our very first chat, we just knew she got us. She took all our crazy ideas and turned them into something even more magical than we could have ever dreamed! She has this incredible way of understanding exactly what you want, even when you're not quite sure how to say it. She guided us through everything with such a calm, happy vibe, and honestly, her organization skills are out of this world. Every single vendor, every little detail, every moment of the day it was all perfectly handled. We didn't have to worry about a thing, which meant we could actually enjoy being engaged and, most importantly, enjoy our wedding day without any stress! You can tell she absolutely loves what she does, and it shines through in everything. She thought of things we never would have, adding these sweet, personal touches that made our wedding feel so uniquely us. Our guests were just raving about how smoothly and beautifully everything flowed. It was pure joy from start to finish! Stress-free and so personal
Isadora is amazing! She didn't just plan our wedding, she felt like a friend the whole way through. Always quick to respond, super patient with all our questions, and made the whole process feel way less stressful than we expected. Day-of, everything just flowed, we got to actually enjoy our wedding instead of stressing over details.

Isa is the sweetest!!
From day one, Isa made us feel like we were working with a friend, not just a vendor. She responded to every text and call in a heartbeat, even when we needed to vent about the small stuff, and her calm demeanor helped us stay grounded through the planning process. What really set her apart was how she advocated for us when the church wanted to change our ceremony, she stepped in and made sure everything happened exactly the way we envisioned it. On our wedding day, she had thought of everything: from bobby pins and toothbrushes to custom vow books so we could actually read our vows to each other instead of squinting at our phones. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how seamlessly the day flowed, and honestly, that was all Isa. She anticipated what we needed before we even asked, handled every detail with ease, and somehow made the whole process feel personal rather than transactional. If it isn’t Isadora then you’re settling
Isadora and her team are the most elite group of people I could have prayed for. My now wife suggested we get a wedding coordinator and at first I wasn’t convinced. After she read everything Isa and her team offers I was sold instantly and I’m even more convinced after seeing it with my own two eyes. They were extremely professional, efficient, great at communicating, prioritized what we wanted and needed, and most importantly patient. She had our backs with anything we needed and ensured the vendors were timely and knew everything they needed to execute correctly. I can go on and on… and on and on some more about everything they did for us but I’ll end it by saying without Isa and the team, my wedding day wouldn’t have been the best day of my life. I love Isa, Katie, John, and Silas with my whole heart and spirit. They weren’t just wedding staff, they were a part of our family from beginning to end and I can’t wait to book them for more help in the future. I can’t lie I miss each and every one of them and hope to see them again some day. That’s the difference with Isa, she works with love and pure joy for what she does and the team follows right behind her. To whoever is reading this trying to find an event coordinator, stop searching. She’s your answer. She’s the blessing meant for you. She’s simply the best, and in a few years none of us will be able to afford her. Her giftedness is worth millions so if you can afford to get her before the price goes up to a billion, do it.
