My background spans wineries, luxury hotels, retreats and events across the country, and I bring that experience to every celebration I plan. I believe in being kind, leading by example, staying calm when plans change, and making sure my couples feel genuinely cared for.

With 20+ years in hospitality, I understand not only how to create a beautiful celebration, but what it takes behind the scenes to make the entire experience feel seamless. I bring a calm, solutions-focused approach, strong hotel and venue knowledge, and a genuine commitment to caring for my couples and their guests. Partial Planning is perfect for couples who have started planning but would like expert guidance along the way. We’ll build on what you’ve already created, identify what’s still needed, and work together on vendors, logistics, timelines and details. You’ll remain part of the planning process while having a trusted partner to offer guidance, keep things organized and help bring everything together seamlessly.

Destination Wedding Planning brings your celebration and travel experience together. From venue and vendor coordination to timelines, guest logistics and wedding-day execution, I’ll help manage the details from afar and on location. With travel planning available for accommodations, guest travel and honeymoon needs, your wedding becomes one thoughtfully connected experience—for you and the people celebrating with you.

    Sasha is the BEST!

    When you're planning a wedding, the difference between a good day and a stressful one comes down to the person managing the details — and Sasha was the perfect person for that role. From our first conversations through our 150-guest San Francisco wedding, she was organized, knowledgeable, and unfailingly calm. Every part of the event she was responsible for was handled before we even thought to ask, which let the two of us actually be present for our own wedding rather than worrying about the knitty gritty. She is personable and professional, and she has a "get it done" attitude, which we loved. She had a fine attention to detail and we trusted her completely. She knocked it out of the park. We'd recommend her to anyone without hesitation for any event–she is absolutely the best!

    The Best!

    We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our wedding coordinator! She went above and beyond to make our wedding day so incredibly special and truly moved mountains to make things happen for us. She kept everything so organized and made the entire planning process feel seamless. She was also incredibly easy to communicate with, even with our one million questions, ideas, and asks! She was always responsive, patient, and willing to help make our vision a reality. Our wedding day was everything we hoped it would be, and we are so grateful we had her in our corner. We wholeheartedly recommend her to all of our friends and family and cannot imagine having planned our wedding without her!

For Full Service Planning, I recommend reaching out as early as possible—ideally 9–18 months before your wedding. Partial Planning and Month-Of Coordination can often be booked closer to the date, depending on availability. If your timeline is shorter, don't hesitate to reach out!
Not at all! Sasha Signature House is based in the Bay Area, but I’m happy to travel for weddings and celebrations. Destination Wedding Planning is also available, with travel-related support to help create a seamless experience for you and your guests.
Yes! In addition to event planning, I offer travel planning services and can assist with accommodations, guest travel needs, honeymoons and other travel surrounding your celebration. It’s one more way I can help make the entire experience feel connected and thoughtfully planned.
My experience spans more than 20 years in hospitality and events, including weddings, multi-day celebrations, large-scale events and complex guest experiences. I've worked in luxury hotels, wineries and unique venues across the country, giving me a strong understanding of both the planning and operational sides of an event. My specialties are logistics, guest experience and anticipating the details others may not see. I’m especially comfortable with hotel-based events, multi-day celebrations and weddings involving travel or guests coming from out of town.
Absolutely! I’m happy to help with the celebrations surrounding your wedding, including engagement parties, showers, welcome parties, rehearsal dinners, farewell brunches and more. These can be incorporated into your overall planning package or discussed separately based on your needs. I can also assist with travel and accommodations surrounding your wedding weekend, helping the entire experience feel thoughtfully connected.
Every wedding is different, so the amount of time we spend together will depend on your planning package and the needs of your celebration. Full Service couples can expect regular communication and planning touchpoints throughout the process, while Partial Planning and Month-Of Coordination follow a more focused timeline. My goal is to be accessible and involved when you need me, while keeping the process organized, efficient and enjoyable.
