Two Perfect Events
Two Perfect Events was created out of a love for planning. This developed into a greater love of bringing others happiness and relief in their journey in putting together their unique and perfect events. We embrace the unconventional to plan the most fun, authentic, and take-your-breath-away wedding experiences. Two Perfect Events is an award-winning and published event design and planning studio based in the Bay Area. We also travel worldwide!
We are passionate about creating experiences with highly personalized details and breathtaking moments. Our services include event and graphic design, partial and full service planning. There's nothing we love more than being creative and thinking outside of the box. We know event planning is difficult and time-consuming, we are here to help save you time and stress!

Wonderful and thoughtful experience!
My partner and I were looking for guidance and help in planning our wedding celebration. We were recommended Two Perfect Events by our venue, Mister Jiu's, given their prior collaboration and experience with them. We were kindly welcomed by Leah and introduced to our planner, Yoko, who was amazing, carefully guiding and making our vision a reality, accommodating our preferences and budget, and helping us with the design and layout of the big day with all of our vendors. She provided multiple vendor options, communicated closely with them and us throughout the bidding and hiring process, and ensured we were all on the same page from planning through the walkthrough and up to the day of the event. One of the greatest things about this process was the clear, concise communication and organization that made planning, payments, and decision-making understandable, step by step, rather than a labyrinth of crossed wires and deadlines. The day of our wedding was as effortless as could be. It was great to have the team from Two Perfect Events, along with Yoko and Leo, there to assist with setting up and taking down decorations and rentals, help guide guests, event staff, and our vendors, and ensure everything, including our deliveries and rentals, went according to plan. We also appreciated that our planners kept an eye on both of us the entire night to ensure we were doing well and enjoying the festivities, getting our food, making sure we were at the right place at the right time, and saving any items for our personal requests. We did not expect that Two Perfect Events would take behind-the-scenes photos and videos of the entire day and the in-person walkthroughs, which gave us a chance to reminisce on the process and quickly provide a glimpse of our families and friends outside the eyes of our wonderful wedding photographers. We appreciated that our vendors were all in sync, and the coordinators ensured our entire process minimized the stress of planning, which was what we had hoped for all along. They provided us with good advice on choosing vendors, insurance for our wedding, and what to expect when working with multiple parties. It was evident that Two Perfect Events had considered multiple contingencies and scenarios in which snafus or unexpected issues may arise throughout the process, and we were glad that Yoko was always prepared for them, including giving us enough buffer time due to traffic delays so our guests could arrive on the big day. Everyone complimented us on the evening, and it went by so smoothly. They commented that this was the least stressful and most fun wedding they've been to in a long time, which conveyed the vibe we were going for. We wanted it to be a fun yet intimate evening where everyone enjoyed getting together to celebrate, and we were delighted to celebrate that day with them. Thanks again to our wonderful planner, Yoko, and Two Perfect Events! We couldn't have done this without you.

Leah and her team at Two Perfect Events are absolutely fantastic at what they do! As a wedding photographer, it's such a joy to work alongside a vendor who genuinely cares about their clients AND makes the entire wedding team feel valued. Their communication is seamless—everyone stays in the loop, which makes for a truly collaborative experience. I can't recommend this versatile planning team enough. When everyone's working together like a well-oiled machine, the wedding day flows beautifully and becomes something truly special!
