This developed into a greater love of bringing others happiness and relief in their journey in putting together their unique and perfect events.

We embrace the unconventional to plan the most fun, authentic, and take-your-breath-away wedding experiences. Two Perfect Events is an award-winning and published event design and planning studio based in the Bay Area. We also travel worldwide! We are passionate about creating experiences with highly personalized details and breathtaking moments. Our services include event and graphic design, partial and full service planning. There's nothing we love more than being creative and thinking outside of the box. We know event planning is difficult and time-consuming, we are here to help save you time and stress!

    Yoko, Leo, Monica, & Leah planned and executed our wedding with exceptional competency and composure. As part of the partial planning package, TPE provided expertly curated vendor lists and helpful forms and templates that gave us confidence that we were making the right decisions at the right times during our wedding planning process. Our lead planner, Yoko, was readily available to provide thoughtful advice for all of my questions and concerns – everything from “Can you help us find a bridal salon outside the Bay Area?” to “Is my dress too poofy for this rental car?”. TPE’s coordination with vendors in the months leading to the wedding and on the day of the wedding itself was smooth, organized, and professional. Knowing they had our back enabled us to enjoy our wedding stress-free, and that is the reason why our wedding turned into such a loving, successful party.

    Working with Yoko and the TPE team was the best decision we made for our wedding! We first connected with Leah, who was so patient and kind walking us through the different packages and answering all our questions at the very start. From there, Yoko became our planner for the past two years, and she was incredible every step of the way. She was organized, thoughtful, and always patient with us. She listened to our ideas, gave us helpful options when we were stuck, and guided us toward choices that made sense both logistically and financially. She helped us with everything from venue selection to day-of details. On the wedding day itself, Yoko, Leo, and Stacey kept everything running so smoothly behind the scenes that we were able to be fully present and enjoy the moment. We never once had to think about logistics because they had it all covered. Our family and friends also told us after how kind and professional the TPE team were throughout the day. We are so grateful to TPE for everything they did to make our day unforgettable, and we would recommend them wholeheartedly to any couple looking for support and expertise!

    I had the pleasure of working with Leah and her team at Two Perfect Events on two events in a row: a laid-back rehearsal lunch in Golden Gate Park and an incredible wedding celebration at Foreign Cinema in SF. From the start, Leah was organized, easy to communicate with, and just genuinely great to work alongside. She kept everything running smoothly without ever feeling rushed or stressed, which made a huge difference for everyone involved. The events looked amazing and felt effortless, which I know was the result of a lot of behind-the-scenes coordination on her part. I’d happily work with Two Perfect Events again. Leah knows her stuff and brings a calm, thoughtful energy to every step of the process.
