I got paired with Natalie to help with our wedding and I could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator! She made the last minute details of wedding planning so much easier with reaching out with our vendors and keeping them updated on our wedding schedule as well. Since I was planning a wedding out of state, it was a little stressful but she was so helpful. From having our wedding seating chart delivered to her apartment, to bringing the ceremony programs that I accidentally forgot in the bag where I had only wedding reception decor. One of my biggest regrets with my wedding was not hiring Tatiana sooner! My wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to Vine Branch. You could not find a better person to help you with your wedding than Tatiana. Whatever you do, your first step after being engaged should be to hire her and not look back. Don’t learn your lesson and regret it like I did! This will be the single best decision you make. Tatiana is made for this role. Her attention to detail, her personality, her organization, her commitment to her people and making them happy and their lives easier. When I got engaged, I contacted Tatiana. She helped me with venue suggestions, logistics, everything - emails, phone calls, texts, you name it. Our budget was small, and at the end of the day, we decided not to hire her. A HUGE mistake. (Taking this second to add, even when we decided not to hire her, Tatiana was the most gracious and still offered to help in any way she could). I am type A, I am an attorney. How hard can this be? My goodness how wrong I was! I struggled coordinating everything and that is an understatement. I read books, I read blogs, I reached out to hundreds of vendors. All while pulling my hair out, not sleeping, and hating the planning process rather than looking forward to my wedding. Fast forward one year to the day before my wedding. I got a text from my rental place - your rentals are in the truck on their way to your venue! Oh no.I had booked my rentals for the wrong YEAR. That night, after lots of crying, I called Tatiana and begged her to let me hire her. I was so nervous, head in my hands, and I needn’t have been - no one is more kind and gracious and understanding and just plain wanting to help.I From that year onward, life was so much easier and less stressful. I had someone in my corner, who I trusted wholeheartedly, helping me every step of the way. She constantly assured me no question was too stupid, no text too needy - and thank goodness. I knew nothing about wedding planning. So many details I had not even thought about - like without Tatiana, I would have forgotten that I needed transportation to my own wedding. She was there for countless questions, from what things can I cut to save money, to how many candles do I need, to which of these invitations looks best after I’ve gone back and forth 100 times. Tatiana is a friend, a comforting presence, a sounding board for all your ideas and a super knowledgeable older sister to walk you through it all. On top of that she is a true professional who knows every single detail of your wedding inside and out. The month before, as I was stressing out more than before, Tatiana was the one confirming everything with the vendors, making sure my rental would be delivered on the right day this time, my florals would be perfect, my photographer and dj knew the timelines she’d created, everything. So much taken off my plate so I could worry about the things I actually needed to worry about. Every single vendor told me that she was incredible, so organized, so knowledgeable, so nice - how lucky I was to have her as my planner. Vine Branch is responsible for my wedding going off without a hitch. I could focus on getting ready and calming my nerves, knowing that her team was getting the ceremony and reception locations set up and making everything perfect behind the scenes. I am a super anxious person, and having someone by my side every step of the way was worth every single penny and then some.

Our guests were blown away by the beauty and organization of the reception, and still talk about how it was such an incredible day. Some say it was their favorite wedding ever!!! We owe it all to Ryann. Thanks to her, we were able to fully immerse ourselves in the joy of our wedding day without worrying about a single thing. It truly was an incredible weekend. I remember she came over to us during dinner reception and reminded us to take a moment to take it all in with each other – I now realized how important that was as I am still dreaming of that day and reliving all the moments in my mind. At the end of the evening – everything got packed neatly away into our cars so all we had to do was drive back. It was so amazing to work with her we cannot thank her and her team enough for their efforts to make our special day the best ever.

Working with Yu and Us (founder Jane Yu) was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. We hired her as a month of coordinator. She was wonderful and on top of it all. Even though she was based in LA and we were in NYC, it wasn’t an issue. She was communicative and easy to get in touch with. Also, even though we hired her months before our wedding, she kept in touch throughout- checking in, giving pointers, acting as a voice of reason. As we neared our wedding (3 months), Jane reached out with useful checklists and timeline templates for us to fill out / be familiar with. She also helped provide last minute wedding contacts when we needed it (e.g. HMU, transportation). She provided much needed advice and suggestions along the way, which we welcomed given her years of experience planning events in NY. On our wedding day, Jane was a beacon of calm as we went from a noon tea ceremony, to first look, then catholic church wedding and finally our rooftop reception, with two full outfit changes along the way. Even during the reception, we had a lion dance, full band, and table to table ganbei’s, and Jane was with us every step of the way. Only thing I wished I did differently was to have her for more hours during our wedding! She was wonderful and I would recommend her to other brides, whether for the month of services or even day of.

My husband and I got married at the Scripps Forum, and everything was absolutely perfect and beyond everything we ever dreamt of!!!  To be honest, we were hesitant to hire a wedding planner at first (thinking I could do it myself… yeah right…). We had no idea how much work goes into planning a wedding, and we weren't sure if it was worth the investment. But after meeting with Clemence, we knew that we had made the right decision. She was an absolute joy to work with and really cared about our vision. From the first meeting to the day of the wedding, she was there for us every step of the way. She listened to our ideas, offered suggestions based on her professional experience, and made sure that every detail was taken care of (she literally thinks of EVERYTHING.) One thing that was weighing heavily on our minds in the lead-up to the wedding was the potential for rain. We had planned an outdoor ceremony and cocktail, and the thought of bad weather ruining everything was causing me a great deal of stress. But thankfully, we had hired Clemence!!!! She was there to reassure me and had the perfect Plan B in case of rain so we could still have and enjoy the beautiful view of La Jolla for our ceremony. She had clearly thought through every possible scenario and had contingency plans in place for every situation.  On the day of the wedding, the weather was luckily beautiful and sunny, and everything went off without a hitch. The ceremony was absolutely beautiful, the reception was a blast, and our guests are still talking about how much fun they had! Clemence and her team (Lucie & Grant) made sure that everything was perfect, and we couldn't have asked for anything more. To anyone who is considering hiring a wedding planner, I cannot recommend The Perfect Pair Wedding enough. You will thank yourself for making that decision I promise!! It's safe to say that Jesse is officially a part of my family. There are a lot of wins from our wedding that we know couldn’t have happened without Julia and her team. 1. Perfect set up and break down: For our wedding, we had a lot of detailed DIY set ups and fragile arrangements which Julia and her team were able to oversee, set up, and break down for us which was incredibly important to us – we didn’t break or lose one of our items, and finished all within our allotted hour time frame. From DIY centerpiece florals, to DIY acrylic everything – to our own slideshow and long bar set ups – it was exactly to our vision. 2. Above and beyond with our fur-children: You can count on Julia to also take on all sorts of requests for your big day. We had our 5 dogs in the ceremony which was a critical part for us and her team was able to make that happen despite the extra logistical lifts and practice. 3. Timing: the dress rehearsal Julia led was incredibly helpful to the wedding party and officiant that it set us up for success that on the actual wedding, we started ON TIME and had buffer time for any set backs or emergencies. She was also great at guiding our guests in a swift manner to the ceremony and then the reception room despite the open bar 4. Fun: Although we hired Julia and her team for only the day-of, we felt like when they were with our families, wedding party, and guests, that they were part of our group – they were friendly, social, polite, and incredibly professional. We needed Julia and her team on the day of our wedding, we just didn’t realize and appreciate it even more so until the day-of. Thank you Julia and Kim for everything in prep and on the day of our special day. We’re grateful to have you had on our side to make the wedding of our dreams come to life.

Chelsea/Lucky Day Events is amazing!! From our first appointment, and after meeting with many others we thought could work, we knew she was the one. She is a true professional in every sense of the word. The exact person you want not only helping you, organising etc but also the best friend/sister/mother you never knew you had that you actually want by your side and will miss when it's all over. We were so taken care of in every way!!! From picking decorations/options/the best vendors to helping with where we could save and areas where we might want to spend more, to timelines and reminders/ to the tiniest little things no one would even think about!!! She had a plan for all. And an amazing ease, calm and confidence that was beyond comforting. Not only did we love her, but our families did too and after the wedding the venue and rabbi even asked for her info. She is truly amazing in EVERY way and we couldn't have asked for more. Lastly, she came highly recommended from a friend who had also used her for her and her husbands wedding, and we (yes my husband loved her too) can not recommend her enough. Katie with Wildflowers Elegant Events was an absolute pleasure to work with! We didn't initially plan on hiring a coordinator as I am an Event Planner as a career, but we decided somewhat last minute to hire a day of coordinator so that we could focus on enjoying our special day, and I am SO glad we did! Katie jumped right in and helped us finalize the last few vendors and details that we still had left to do. She kept us on track and made sure we had all the necessary decisions and details figured out in time, and assisted with recommendations as needed. As we got a week or so out, we were getting worried about the weather and she was monitoring the weather daily with us to figure out what to do as our venue was all outdoors. She assisted us with the logistics and contacts of renting last minute tents which worked out beautifully. On the day of, in addition to keeping us sane and making sure we had time to really appreciate the day, she and her team ran point with all the vendors as they arrived, put out the decor that we had brought, and kept us on schedule for all the different parts of the day from first look photos, to ceremony, and reception, and assisted with gathering up all the decor and items at the end of the night so that we could enjoy the day and be present. I wish I spent less time worrying because the day of the wedding was executed perfectly because of Michelle and her team. I was in awe of the florals and decor, and appreciated that Michelle kept us on schedule throughout the day even when unexpected occurrences came up. My husband and I were actually able to enjoy time (and eat!) together during the day of the wedding. This is no small feat given all of the work and set up that needed to be done, and is truly a testament to Michelle and her team's hard work behind the scenes. We had so many guests compliment how beautiful our wedding was and how much they enjoyed the entire evening - I can confidently say that none of it would have been possible without Michelle and her team. With almost a decade of bi-coastal experience in production and a background in luxury weddings, lead planner Belinda has coordinated a range of events including charity galas, Mitzvahs, celebrity parties, influencer events, branded activations, pop-ups, conferences, networking socials, and weddings. After settling back in Los Angeles in 2018, Belinda sought to create a company that thought about events as a moment in a much bigger picture. Belinda wanted to connect with other like-minded professionals to start a movement of more conscious celebrations. Opus Events Co was then born.

Where do I start in describing how lucky my husband and I are to have come across Opus Events, and to have had the pleasure of working with Belinda in planning our elopement. It’s like planning a wedding with your super organized and on top of it friend who totally gets your style and vibe. We came into this process a little lost on where to start with everything, but Belinda made it all so easy. She has a wealth of creative ideas and is full of fantastic recommendations from everything from florists, to locations, to restaurants, or anything you might want for your event. Anything specific that we had in mind, Belinda was quick to incorporate it. When we didn’t know what we wanted, such as the overall aesthetic for our event, Belinda was able to create an incredible vision just based on some simple questions we answered and by her browsing my Pinterest boards. The end result was a gorgeous setup that was completely our style, but something we would never have created on our own. Belinda is sweet and laid back while being incredibly together and detail-oriented. She creates shared documents for budget, timeline, and other important details that are so helpful throughout the process. She is super adaptable to any issues that might pop up and is able to pivot on a dime as needed. She has thought of everything and is thoroughly prepared down to the bandaid my husband unexpectedly needed after the ceremony. She is flexible, easy to talk to, and overall incredible at what she does. She is a delight to work with and I’d recommend Opus Events Co. 100 times over.

As the bride, I tried to take on the wedding planning myself and realized three months out that it was too much for me to take on alone. We interviewed with a couple of coordinators and it just clicked with Stephanie. The first thing I noticed about her was how organized she was and how well she remembers all the details! Stephanie was also a great communicator and helped to contact all vendors and keep everyone on the same page. With her many years of experience in events she was able to offer very valuable input where needed but was never pushy and helped me to create the vision that I wanted. Her professionalism and her ability to stay on top of things allowed me to really enjoy the weeks and days leading up to my wedding stress free. On our wedding day she took care of everything and the day flowed so smoothly and beautifully! I would rate her higher than 5 stars if it was possible. I have worked in event planning for a few years now. For weddings in particular, I have always worked on the vendor management side of things. When my vendors constantly asked why I wasn't a coordinator myself, I realized that I hadn't even considered it.

Britney is by far the most organized and professional coordinator I’ve ever worked with! I’ve DJ’d my fair share of weddings, and worked with a plethora of wedding coordinators. Her communication was excellent and always right on time. Transitioning from the ceremony, to the reception, to the dance portion of the evening, was as seamless as you can hope for as a DJ. It was not a pleasure to work with Britney, but an HONOR to. One thing that stood out the most and really set her apart, is that fact that she loves love. That was readily apparent in the way she carried herself and executed her responsibilities for the day. I can’t recommend her enough if you’re looking for someone to coordinate your wedding! Seriously, look no further!
