I was thoroughly impressed with à la Modon Events. Alexandra was our wedding planner for partial planning and day-of coordination, and she made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, and I could see that my wife was much more relaxed when Alexandra was on-site. It was incredible. Alexandra kept us organized and coordinated with our vendors, and made sure our Los Angeles wedding ran perfectly from start to finish - she even factored in traffic for our out-of-town guests. What stood out most was not so much the great service we received, but how much she cared about making the day feel like ours. She was calm, detail-oriented, and seemed to be everywhere at once when we needed her. If you’re searching for a Los Angeles wedding planner who actually listens, communicates clearly, and delivers a flawless experience (and knows the traffic), I highly recommend Alexandra and à la Modon Events.

Our rehearsal dinner in Sacramento was everything we hoped it would be — relaxed, meaningful, and beautifully executed — all thanks to Alex and à la Modon Events. We hosted it at a private residence, and Alex transformed the space into something incredible while keeping the flow organized. She coordinated all the vendors, managed rentals and setup, and made sure every little detail, from the lighting to the timing of speeches, felt intentional. The night ran seamlessly, allowing us to simply enjoy our guests and soak it all in. Alex is calm under pressure, extremely professional, and clearly loves what she does. I have attended a handful of weddings that Alexandra has planned, designed and coordinated. Each one was unique, beautiful, elegant and timeless. She has a diplomatic mannerism about her that allows her to seamlessly communicate with vendors, wedding guests and the wedding party. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner or wedding day coordinator!

Full-service planning clients can expect consistent communication and collaboration throughout the entire journey - from design meetings to venue walkthroughs to final-week coordination. For partial planning or day-of coordination, our time together is more concentrated in the months and weeks leading up to your event. Regardless of the package, you’ll always receive personalized attention, clear communication, and a planning experience that feels seamless and supported.
