We booked George and his team for our wedding video in Las Vegas, and honestly, they were incredible from start to finish. Communication before the wedding was super easy. they helped us plan out the timeline and made sure we’d have everything covered. The team blended right in on the wedding day; they were friendly, professional, and somehow everywhere without ever feeling like a camera was in our face. The final video completely blew us away. George is AMAZING! My (now) husband and I spent more hours than we'd like to admit watching stranger's wedding videos and meeting with several Videographers... and then we met with George and the search was over. I immediately could tell he was who we wanted to work with. Not only was his work stunning and engaging, but he felt like a true partner. Your wedding video is such an important keepsake of the day, and it was an important investment to us. George got to know us, asked all the right questions to understand our vision, and workshopped things like song choices together. He was so amazing on the day of the wedding, and I also couldn't believe his turnaround on the videos. He even sent a couple of beautiful stillframes to us that night to post on social media. Peak season (May–October, Saturdays) reflects high demand in the Bay Area and Napa. Off-peak applies to weekdays and November–April dates.

Once you decide to book, we’ll send you a contract and invoice for the $500 retainer. On receipt of that payment and contract signature your date is secured. The remaining balance is divided into two payments, with the final payment due before the wedding day.

Feature Documentary films (20 - 25 min) deliver in 12 - 16 weeks. Highlight-only films (6 - 8 min) arrive in 8 - 12 weeks. All include cinematic color grading and editorial audio.

No - we deliver only fully edited, polished films to maintain the integrity of our cinematic storytelling.

Aerial cinematography is available as an add-on ($600) and subject to venue and FAA approval.

Two lead cinematographers for Signature Legacy and Bespoke Heirloom. One lead for Essence Film.

We regularly film weddings throughout the U.S. Travel and accommodation are quoted separately for destinations outside the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, and Sacramento.

Your retainer is non-refundable. Cancellations made 90+ days before the event receive a full refund (minus retainer); 60–89 days receive a 50% refund.

If your day extends beyond the hours included in your collection, overtime is charged at $300 per hour (per cinematographer) in 30-minute increments.

We build flexibility into our planning to adapt to timeline changes. If significant changes affect staffing or hours, we’ll discuss options with you ahead of time.

Yes, we carry full professional liability insurance. We also have backup gear and a small standby team to cover emergencies so you’re always protected.
