My happy place is anywhere outside of my comfort zone, but a nature-filled walk chatting up good company is a close second. If I’m not planning my next trip, or dreaming up something to cook for dinner, I’m outside trying to meet my Fitbit step goal. (10k club, anyone?) My latest leap of faith? A cross-country move to sunny Orange County, California. This isn’t the first time I’ve packed up and jetted away from my home state of Maryland: Germany, Singapore, and South Carolina make the list too.
