To ensure availability, it’s best to book 6–12 months in advance, especially for peak wedding seasons (spring and fall). Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Yes, a non-refundable retainer is required to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is typically due the day of the event.

The trial includes a full consultation where we’ll discuss your vision, preferences, and any inspiration photos. I’ll create a complete bridal look so you can preview your style for the big day.

Ideally, 2–4 months before your wedding date. Trials can also be timed with your dress fitting, bridal shower, or engagement shoot.

Yes,travel fees may apply depending on the location and distance from [your city].

Bridal hair typically takes 60–90 minutes. Bridesmaid and guest styles usually take about 45–60 minutes each. A full timeline will be created for a smooth morning.

For hair: Arrive with clean, dry hair (washed the night before). Avoid heavy products. For makeup: Clean, moisturized skin is best. Exfoliate the night before for smoother application.

Absolutely! I can bring additional artists/stylists if needed to accommodate larger groups and keep everything on schedule.

Touch-up packages and stay-through services are available upon request for an additional fee.

I do my best to accommodate, but services not pre-scheduled may not be guaranteed depending on timing. Let me know ahead of time if possible!

I create a custom timeline after the headcount is confirmed. It ensures everyone has enough time and the bride is finished in time for photos and the ceremony.

Yes—a well-lit area with access to a table and a few outlets is ideal. If possible, a room with natural light is best for both hair and makeup.

I had a great experience with Luxe Beauty. I planned poorly and did not figure out hair and makeup until VERY close to our wedding date, and Viviana was wonderful about communicating with me quickly and helping me and my mom and mother-in-law figure out exactly what we wanted done. Viviana N did an incredible job with all of our makeup, and Viviana O did a wonderful job with our hair. We felt gorgeous all day -- and everything stayed on through all the dancing without feeling heavy at all.

I can’t say enough great things about Bridal Luxe Beauty by Viviana! I want to start off by saying that Viviana is a great communicator. She responds quickly and sends reminders about appointments periodically. She also includes some great wedding day tips which were super helpful. On my wedding day she arrived on time and was very organized. Before getting started she made sure that I eaten and was comfortable which was super refreshing because amongst the madness I had forgotten to eat. She goes out of her way to cater to you as a bride! She also already has your inspiration pictures pulled up and ready to go and discusses what you like about the inspiration. She also asked me questions about my hair and skin type so she can use products best for me. There were times where I was uncertain about my color palette and she took the time to show me what she had and different combinations she could do. My make up and hair came out beautifully and it stayed throughout the entire night. Viviana was even kind enough to include a touch up kit. I would 100/10 recommend you book her for your special day. Her prices are also the best around!
