Dream Wedding Venue
I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Pine Rose and the incredible team that made our wedding everything we could have ever dreamed of. From the beginning of the planning process through the wedding day itself, we felt so supported and cared for, and I genuinely wouldn’t have chosen another venue. A huge part of that was our coordinator, Lynda. She is absolutely amazing—so thoughtful, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure our day was perfect. Throughout the entire planning process, she provided us with so much guidance and knowledge, and I truly don’t know what I would have done without her. On our wedding day, Lynda and the entire Pine Rose staff were incredible. Everyone was so kind, attentive, and helpful, and they made the entire day feel completely seamless. We also cannot say enough about the amazing vendor team Pine Rose works with. Wildflowers at the Lake absolutely nailed my floral. They somehow took exactly what I had pictured in my head and made it a reality. The flowers were beyond beautiful, and I will forever be grateful for the care they put into bringing my vision to life. Fox in the Woods Catering was also incredible. The food was absolutely delicious—we still have guests talking about how good it was! Their entire team was so kind and played such a huge role in making the day run seamlessly. Cory, our bartender, was absolutely amazing. He was so helpful in making sure we had exactly what we needed for the wedding. He made the entire process so easy, and the service on our wedding day was just as incredible. So many of our guests were happy with the service they received, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Chad, our DJ, made the entire wedding feel so alive and FUN. The dance floor and energy were everything we hoped for. We also chose Matt as our photographer, and he was absolutely wonderful. I am a little camera shy, but he made my husband and me feel so comfortable and natural. We have already seen some of our photo previews, and they are absolutely stunning. What stood out most was how well everyone worked together. The entire vendor team truly operated like a well-oiled machine. Because they have done so many weddings together, you can see how comfortable they are with one another and, more importantly, how much they genuinely love what they do. My husband and I are beyond appreciative of everyone who made our wedding what it was. Pine Rose gave us the best wedding we could have ever imagined, and we truly could not have picked a better venue or team. We will forever be grateful for such an unforgettable day.

Pinerose wedding was AMAZING
From our first conversation with Arrowhead Pine Rose Cabins, the team asked about our vision and made sure we felt heard every step of the way. The forest setting was exactly what we'd dreamed of—rustic and enchanting without needing extra touches, plus finding the venue and parking was a breeze. Their all-inclusive package gave us incredible value, and the coordinator kept everything on track by ensuring decorations were ready before we said our vows. Our Alice in Wonderland theme came to life thanks to their baker who created a stunning topsy turvy cake, along with the DJ, bartender, and florist who all nailed our vision. The whole staff went above and beyond to make our day special, and honestly, it's hard to find this level of service at a price that makes sense. We couldn't have asked for a better venue or team.

Magical Wedding at Pine Rose!
Our wedding at Pine Rose Cabins this June was a completely magical experience! The venue is beyond gorgeous and charming, full of nature, amazing lights hung everywhere, just an absolute dream for an outdoor venue. I can't even count the amount of guests who told us it was the best wedding they'd ever been to! And the big wedding cabin to get ready in, along with the cabins our friends and family stayed in there, made it even more charming. Special shout out to our lovely wedding coordinator, Lynda Moudy, who was such a wonderful and calming presence throughout. Ali at Fox in the Woods Catering did a great job with the food, and the desserts and cake were delicious from Little Bees Bakery. Our DJ and bartender there (Chad and Corey) were fantastic as well. We chose Matt Reiter for photography, who used the light and locations in the most gorgeous way. Really great staff and vendors all around! I highly recommend Pine Rose if you're looking for a nature-kissed outdoor wedding experience! So glad I chose them:)

We could not recommend Pine Rose more. Their “all-included” vendor style made vendor selection and communication so easy. Everyone we worked with here was not only kind but a joy to work with. They really made this process enjoyable instead of stressful!

Cedar Creek Microwedding package 30 guests
Arrowhead Pine Rose Cabins provided a wonderful and accommodating experience for our wedding day. Their communication was fast, detailed, and they were incredibly helpful throughout the planning process. The venue itself had a lovely rustic and spacious feel, with the natural beauty of the outdoors. When a power outage occurred in one of the bridal party cabins, the staff was quick to resolve the issue by providing a backup room with generator power. The DJ, officiant, and on-site coordinator were all included in our package and helped ensure the day unfolded seamlessly. We were able to bring our "Twilight" vision to life thanks to the stunning natural setting. The whole experience was incredible, and I'm so grateful we chose Arrowhead Pine Rose Cabins as the backdrop for our special day.
