Hi! I'm Jaycee. I specialize in clean, textured bridal hair and timeless makeup that enhances your natural beauty. I grew up with a deep love for painting and art, and that same eye for detail, balance, and color theory shapes every bridal look I create. This has led my work to be published 45+ times and featured by brands such as Covergirl, Wet N' Wild, Ulta Beauty, and more. I have also been a licensed Esthetician since 2017, so my sanitation practices are the best in the business.

Yes! This covers packing my kit, and gas/time to get to and from your location. It is $1/mile per Artist. (My starting location is Long Beach, CA.) In addition, overnight accommodation may also be included for the night before if the driving exceeds 1.5 hours.
Yes! I can do waves, curls, hollywood waves, blowouts, half ups, braids, updos, etc. Please note for hairstyling it's either dry styling OR a blowout. If doing a hair style hair must be completely dry. If someone would prefer a blowout, then hair can be damp (but not soaking wet).
I am a Licensed Esthetician, certified makeup artist (in 3 different ways), worked as a Sephora makeup artist, and have certified students in makeup artistry in a cosmetology school. I have also been featured by major beauty brands such as Covergirl, Wet n Wild, Ulta Beauty, Kiko Milano, and more.
Yes! A deposit may be up to 50% of the total amount due to lock in your date on my schedule. I do have a contract in place for you to sign when booking with me, and am happy to speak with you on the phone or zoom beforehand if you want to meet me virtually first before booking and sending a deposit!
While I can do everything from "no makeup" makeup to full glam and everything in between, I am most known for natural but elevated makeup looks. Most of my brides don't wear much makeup and still want to feel like themselves, as well as the makeup itself feel light. But they still want to look like an elevated version of themselves for their wedding day, so a natural soft glam is what I am most known for/requested to do.
While it depends on the makeup look or hair style requested, I get most services done in one hour increments. If many people/services are involved, I will create a schedule for the day-of.
I am most known for textured and romantic hair styles. Usually half up/half downs and updos!
My 9 page wedding day guide checklist was created by me and has everything you need to know to get ready for your wedding day. It includes tips for the day-of, day after, a couple weeks before, and even 6+ months in advance of your wedding day. It ensures you and your wedding guests are prepared and you get the most out of your time with me.

    The best!!

    Jaycee was awesome. As someone who doesn't know much about makeup or have the vocabulary to describe what I want, Jaycee was very open to working with me. She asked questions to get a sense of what to do for my trial, and then I sent her some notes back about what I'd like to change for the actual day. I wanted more of a toned down, no makeup look, and she totally knocked it out of the park on the wedding day. She was super flexible and listened to all of my requests. On the morning of the wedding, Jaycee brought a calm energy and was very on time despite needing to do 5 other people's make up too. Jaycee is super down to earth and very reasonably priced! Highly recommend!

    Amazing Wedding Makeup

    From the moment we started planning, Jaycee was responsive and easy to work with, answering all our questions and making sure we felt prepared for the big day. On our wedding morning, she arrived ready to go and made the whole process feel calm and stress-free, which honestly made such a difference. Her makeup artistry is truly exceptional—I felt so beautiful and confident, and everything held up perfectly through the ceremony and dancing.     Highly Recommend!

    I booked Jaycee for my wedding and I was so glad I did! Not only did my hair and makeup look and feel amazing on the day of, she was such a delight to work with through the whole process. I don’t wear a lot of makeup or do much with my hair in my everyday life, but I knew I wanted an extra sparkle on my wedding day that I would not be able to do by myself. I’m convinced Jaycee is magic, because she made me look polished, but still like me, and most importantly, I barely noticed I was wearing extra makeup! It felt so light and breathable. She understood my vision for my hair and perfectly executed it, no bobby pin even budged the whole night. She also made my mom's and mother-in-law’s hair and makeup look stunning. Because of her relaxed demeanor and confidence in her skills, sitting in the chair getting my hair and makeup done completely put me at ease and was the most relaxing moment throughout the hectic wedding day! Throughout the planning process she was responsive, helpful, friendly, and very professional. She showed up early and was even ahead of schedule on the day of. I would highly recommend Jaycee and would definitely book her again in the future!

    Wedding make up

    Jaycee did my hair and make up for my wedding. She did amazing I was really worried about it because I’m not big on lots of make up but she definitely tailored my look to fit my face :) I would totally use her again for other events if I was local. She’s totally affordable too! She’s also responsive and such a joy to have with the bridal party. Thank you Jaycee for making me look like a princess on my wedding day.

    PHENOMINAL

    Jaycee made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day! I booked a trial with her back in August and immediately loved everything about her and her services. She was warm, kind, attentive and so communicative. After my trial, I emailed her with some of my thoughts on some things I would like to change about the look to feel most like myself, and not only did she respond quickly, but she responded with reassurance and understanding. Sitting in her chair on my wedding day really helped calm my nerves and her skin care/spa treatments helped me stay grounded and stay fully present enough to have that "I'm getting married today" moment. Jaycee and her team helped my bridesmaids, mom and mother in law feel beautiful and their best for their wedding day. I felt so much like myself on my wedding day and felt that she really understood EXACTLY what I was looking for/envisioning.
