I started Swift & Granite to disrupt the industry, seeing too many unoriginal and prosaic bartending businesses. Swift & Granite got its say from my time working in fine dining and 5 star hotels, always seeing the absolute best bartenders having a wickedly cool personality and tattoos. It's a symbol of duel personalities that can foster amazing hospitality: gracefulness & boldness. I know the more I talk the more pretentious we may sound, but the truth is we are just San Diego bartenders who have a passion for our craft & meeting genuine like minded people.

We are a bartending business founded by true classically trained bartenders with over 10,000hrs behind the stick. We understand the techniques and preparations needed to make magical cocktails. We treat your wedding with the same standards Forbes Top 50 Bars do in North America. We are about precision and elegance, in the pursuit of perfecting our hospitality. Speciality cocktail ice, like the perfect large format cube, is part of our services because the presentation of the cocktail matters. We have hand selected a line of glassware that fits two criteria: beauty & timeless.

    Trevor and his team have to be some of the most fun, personable, and talented bartenders in the industry. They constantly impress us with their commitment to service, cheerful customer approach, and unique cocktails.     Hit all the marks!

    Talk about an elevated experience! Swift & Granite were the complete package. They were incredibly helpful throughout the planning process and an absolute hit on our wedding day. Going into it, we had only a vague idea of what we wanted, but Trevor expertly guided us to a drink menu that turned into a beautiful (and delicious) celebration. Our guests could not stop raving about how stunning and tasty the cocktails were — and the bar setup itself looked amazing. Swift & Granite truly elevated our wedding and were 100% worth it. We are a dry hire bartending service, California liquor laws make it very difficult to obtain a liquor license. The only responsibility you have for a majority of our packages is purchasing the liquor, but we will provide you a detailed accounting and shopping list along with locations on where to certain certain bottles. We are able to shop for you and transport your liquor the day of your wedding as an add on, if you want us to have complete responsibility over the bar.
Yes, our event minimum is $655 under our bronze package for 3 hours of service with 1 bartender. The guest count must be below 50 people for this rate. This is for our bronze package, for hosts who don't mind doing some extra shopping & prepping. Essentially this package we are charging per hour instead of per guest and being consultants for what to get for your bar. This package hosts are responsible for all of the perishable items for their bar, 80% can be achieved from buying on Amazon but we try to keep the cocktail simpler so any prep is very easy (like making simple syrup or cutting jalapenos).
Yes we have our Luxe Swift Satellite Bar rental that comes in 6ft & 9ft dimensions depending on if you event needs 1 or two bartenders. We also have a custom line of signature glassware rentals that is a new amenity we offer: 1910 Gatbsy Era Line. This includes bodega rocks, bushmill collins, nica noras, coups, champagne fizz etc. If you already have a bar at your venue or are renting a 3rd party bar, we will deep clean the bar after service and leave it spotless. Same with glassware, we will have our barback clean and polish your glassware throughout the night and make sure they are properly taken care of.
We serve mainly in San Diego county, but can travel up to an 80 miles outside county lines. This includes Jamul, Julian, Temecula, Fallbrook, Alpine, Oceanside, Santee, Carlsbad, San Marcos, Orange County, Riverside, Santa Ana, Dana Point, San Clemente etc.
I would say the sweet spot for booking us as your bar team for your wedding would be 1 year to 6 months out. There are exceptions where we get hired 2-3 months out, but as we grow our business our dates fill up faster.
Swift & Granite was started because we saw the gap in the market for mobile bartending, there wasn't really any high end craft cocktail brands that the modern wave of cocktail bars were setting the new standard of. Everyone on the Swift & Granite team has been a bartender for at least 5 years at reputable craft cocktail bars in San Diego (LaFayette Hotel, Pendry Hotel, Montage Hotel, Kettner Exchange, Polite Provisions, Raised By Wolves, Captains Quarters etc). They are all personal friends of mine who not only are absolute wizards at their craft but they also are genuine honest people who I would trust serving you and your guests.
I tell every couple to get our silver or gold package. You have so much going on as it is, you truly want us to handle all of the prep, shopping, logistics, transportation, and setup for your wedding bar. For these packages you only responsibility is purchasing the liquor and we handle the rest for you. With food and beverage at venues there are so many details that need to be considered with prepping an entire weddings bar menu, this ensures your vision can come to life and you don't need to lift a finger.
We have two, our stationary gal Tiffany from ForeverLoveAndMore can make you custom acrylic cocktail picks/stirrers with your intials on them in any color. Our speciality ice company, N'ICE, can also put your initials into each and every crystal clear large cube for a speciality cocktail or classics like old fashioneds, negroni's etc
Since our entire team has been in hospitality our whole lives as a profession, we don't hesitate to make ourselves useful. You'll often see us at weddings pre bussing tables for glassware, checking on VIPS (couple, parents, in laws, wedding planner), pouring wine for elders table side, and offering to help with anything like movings tables or taking out the trash. We pride ourselves on be readily available for anything, we aren't above any work so as long as we have time for it.
We are considered the contemporary craft cocktail and upscale bartending service for weddings, we set the bar extremely high and have an amazing reputations in this industry. We are the preferred vendor for over 9 weddings venues (Jeune Perche, Cielo Village, SD Rowing Club, Inn At Churon Winery, Japanese Friendship Garden, Red Hawk Ridge Events, The Commons Vista, Hillside Estate and more). Since we came from the hospitality industry all as bartenders, the level of attention to detail is like no other.
