    we got married last week and wanted something not that typical, so we had Paolo doing cocktails during the “apperitivo”. It was a great idea, vermouth lovers were fascinated. Also good point that he speaks English and Spanish fluently (and he’s Italian so obviously he speaks it too). In a wedding with so many people from abroad, that’s more than important.

    Paolo is incredibly talented and a mixology artist. Multiple people commented me about the quality of the cocktail and asked for his contact, I can’t recommend him enough. If you have the chance to hire his services don’t let it pass.
